Built for movement and the team photo
A singlet is a performance garment first. We use polyester interlock, birdseye mesh or micro-mesh knit at 130 to 160 GSM, which moves moisture away from the skin and dries quickly. The lower weight keeps the garment cool during basketball, running, athletics or training, and the knit does not hold sweat the way cotton would.
The main advantage is sublimation. Because the dye is transferred into the polyester fibres, the print has no hand and does not crack, peel or fade like surface ink. Colours can run over seams and edge to edge, so teams can have gradients, patterns and photographic crests across the whole garment.
Construction is aimed at the field. Bound armholes and necklines, flatlock seams that do not chafe, and a hem that stays down when arms are raised. Sizes cover youth to adult, and our team supplies size charts, fit samples and a proof of every name and number before production.

Performance details that matter on court and track
Moisture-wicking knit
Polyester performance knit moves sweat to the surface where it evaporates. Birdseye and micro-mesh options add airflow in hot conditions, and interlock gives a smoother, more premium surface.
Chafe-free seams
Flatlock seams and bound edges keep stitching off the skin. This prevents irritation at the armhole and side seam during repeated movement, which is a common complaint with budget singlets.
Edge-to-edge colour
Sublimation prints onto flat cut panels before the garment is sewn, so colour runs through seams without white gaps. Dark and bright colours are possible with accurate colour matching.
Names and numbers
Player names and numbers are heat pressed in twill, flock or sublimated prints. Fonts, sizes and positions are set to league or team rules, and each player list is proofed.

Full sublimation design
We build your layout on a template with panel lines, then place patterns, gradients, crests and sponsor logos. You receive a digital proof with accurate seam locations before printing.
Numbers and names
Numbers go on the front and back, with names above the back number, typically 20 to 25 cm tall for numbers. Fonts and colours are matched to your design, and lists can mix sizes and numbers.
Sponsor and logo placement
Chest, back yoke and hem positions suit sponsor logos. We scale marks to be legible at distance and avoid seam lines. Heat-pressed logos can be used on top of sublimation.
Trim and label options
Contrast binding colours, printed neck labels and woven tags can be added. Printed inside labels avoid chafing on bare skin and keep care and size information clear.

Care & durability
Wash cold and hang dry, and avoid fabric softener, which can clog wicking fibres. Do not iron on the print or heat-pressed names, and avoid bleach.
Sublimated colour is part of the fibre, so it will not crack or peel. Performance knit keeps its shape and dries quickly, and with gentle care a team set can last multiple seasons.

Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. We take a player list with names, numbers and sizes, then produce each singlet accordingly. A proof sheet is sent for checking spelling and numbering before heat pressing starts.
Why sublimation instead of screen print?
Sublimation is dyed into polyester, so it does not crack, peel or add weight. It also allows full-colour, edge-to-edge designs. It only works on polyester, which suits performance singlets well.
Can I get mesh panels or a mesh body?
Yes. Birdseye and micro-mesh are available as full-body or panelled options. Mesh increases airflow, and sublimation prints well on it, though fine detail may appear slightly softer than on interlock.
How do youth sizes work?
We offer youth sizes alongside adult, with proportional patterns rather than scaled adult cuts. Give us the age ranges and we will supply a size chart and, if useful, a fit sample set.
What is the lead time for team orders?
Bulk runs take 10 to 15 working days after proof approval. Larger lists or complex designs may need more time, and your account manager will confirm dates when you submit your player list.
