Cut and built to go over pads
An American football jersey is not a casual shirt. It must fit over shoulder pads without riding up, hold its shape through repeated tackles, and stay tight enough that opponents cannot grab loose fabric. That means a different pattern, with wider shoulders, a longer body and shaped sleeves, compared with a standard athletic top.
We build jerseys in two ways. The classic style uses heavy polyester mesh or dazzle fabric with tackle twill numbers and names, stitched in layers for a traditional, textured look. The modern style uses sublimated polyester with printed numbers, which is lighter, cooler and allows gradients, patterns and full-body graphics. Many teams choose twill for game day and sublimation for practice.
Football pants are a separate piece of the system. We make them in matching colours with slotted pad pockets, belt loops, and stripe options down the side. Practice sets can be made in a lighter reversible fabric. Together, jersey, pants and practice gear are designed as a single set, so colours match under the lights.

Features designed for the game
Pad-ready patterns
Sleeve openings, armholes and body length are sized for common shoulder pad profiles. We adjust measurements for different pad sizes, so linemen and receivers each have a suitable fit.
Layered tackle twill
Twill numbers are cut, layered and stitched with a zigzag edge, giving a raised, durable finish. Two- or three-colour outlines are possible, and we align them carefully so the number stays crisp.
Mesh side inserts
Optional mesh underarm panels let air flow in a heavy jersey. Sleeve ends can include tight elastic or a hem that is easy to grip with gloves during play.
Practice and reversible sets
Lightweight practice jerseys with simple numbers help coaches separate squads. Reversible jerseys give one set two looks, and are popular for scrimmages and school programmes.

Number size and placement
Football numbers are large, usually on the chest, back and shoulders. We follow typical high school and club guidance for height and stroke width, and we ask you to confirm your league rules so we match them.
Names and nameplates
Names go above the back number in a curved or straight layout. For college-style or youth programmes, we can supply a tackle twill nameplate and make a sample so you can check spelling and spacing.
Sublimated graphics
Sublimated football jerseys can include shoulder yokes, side panels and sleeve stripes in any colours. This gives a modern look with lower weight, and no stitched layers to add heat.
Sleeve and chest patches
Captain patches, program badges and memorial patches can be woven or embroidered. We position them to avoid pad edges and seam lines, so they stay flat and readable.

Care & durability
Football jerseys take heavy wear. Wash them inside out in cold water and air dry, particularly when twill numbers are present, since high heat can distort layered stitching. Remove grass stains promptly with a mild stain treatment.
Dazzle and mesh fabrics resist abrasion well, and reinforced seams at the shoulders and underarms take pad pressure. Sublimated colours stay consistent, even when a jersey is washed after every practice.

How do you size jerseys for shoulder pads?
We ask whether players wear youth, standard or large pads, then adjust chest, armhole and sleeve measurements in the pattern. We recommend trying a small sample set with pads on before final sizes are confirmed.
What is the difference between twill and sublimation?
Tackle twill is stitched fabric, with a classic textured look and a long life. Sublimation prints into the shirt, so it is lighter and allows full-colour graphics. Many teams use twill for game jerseys and sublimation for practice.
Can we mix different numbers in one order?
Yes. You send a roster with names, numbers and sizes. We produce each jersey individually, check the roster against the final packing, and label each bag clearly so distribution is quick.
Do you make pants and practice gear?
Yes. We produce football pants with pad pockets and stripes, plus practice jerseys, shorts and warm-up tops. All can be matched to the jersey colours so the whole team looks consistent.
Can youth teams order smaller quantities?
Youth teams can order from our 50-piece minimum. Mixed sizes are allowed, and we offer youth sizes graded for smaller frames and lighter pads, with simpler number layouts if the league requires it.
