Tennis kit sits between sport and fashion. Players want freedom for a serve and a sprint, but also expect something that looks smart at the net and in club photographs. Many clubs require white or limited colour on court, so the work lies in cut, trim and small details rather than loud graphics.
We make tennis polos in a lightweight piqué or smooth performance jersey, with a sport collar, a short placket and side vents. Women’s pieces include skirts with inner shorts, pleated or A-line cuts, fitted dresses and sleeveless tops. Shorts are made with an elastic waist and a ball pocket on request. Everything is stretch polyester or poly-spandex.
Because tennis programmes mix many people, from juniors to veterans, we design the system for range. Sizes run from junior to adult, men’s and women’s blocks are separate, and colour options can be scaled from all-white to club colours. Sublimation works for bolder academy designs, while embroidery suits classic clubs.

Details for court comfort
Ball pockets and inner shorts
Skirts and dresses can include built-in shorts with a pocket sized for a ball. The inner short has a soft elastic leg gripper that stays comfortable and does not ride up when running.
Sport collars and plackets
Polo collars are knitted to stand cleanly without a stiff interfacing. Plackets are short with two or three buttons, and necklines can also be a mock collar or a crew for a sleeker look.
Ventilation and wicking
Mesh back panels or underarm inserts increase airflow in warm conditions. Moisture-wicking fabric dries quickly between points, which helps comfort during long sets.
Sleeveless and sun options
Sleeveless tops, cap sleeves and long-sleeve UV-aware layers cover different conditions. Visors, headbands and wristbands can match the kit.

Embroidered club crest
A small embroidered crest on the left chest is the classic tennis finish. We digitise it carefully so fine detail stays clear on performance knit, and use a soft backing to avoid stiffness.
Heat-transfer logos
Heat transfers give a light, flat finish for sponsor logos and team names. They suit sheer or stretchy fabrics where embroidery might pucker, and they hold up well through repeated washes.
Sublimated panels
Academies often choose sublimated colour blocking on sleeves, side panels and skirt hems. Printing goes into the fabric, so there is no added weight and colours remain bright.
Names and numbers
Names and numbers are not mandatory in tennis, but team events often use them. We place a small name on the back yoke or sleeve, and can add initials for junior programmes.

Care & durability
Performance knit washes easily in cool water and dries quickly. Turn skirts and dresses inside out, close any buttons, and avoid fabric softener, which can reduce wicking. Whites should be washed with similar colours.
Stretch recovery and colourfast dyes help tennis kit stay in shape. Stitching around collars, vents and inner shorts is reinforced to survive frequent matches.

Can you make all-white kits for clubs with strict dress codes?
Yes. We produce all-white and mostly white kits, with trim colours kept discreet. Check your club or tournament rules, and send them with your inquiry, so we match them in the mockup.
Do skirts and dresses include built-in shorts?
They can. Inner shorts are stitched into the skirt or dress, with a ball pocket if you like. We also supply skirts without shorts for players who prefer to wear their own.
Is embroidery or print better for polos?
Embroidery gives a premium, durable finish for small logos, while heat transfer or sublimation suits larger or more colourful designs. We recommend embroidery for club crests and print for sponsor logos.
Do you offer junior sizes?
Yes. Junior sizes are graded for younger players with shorter rises and sleeves. You can mix junior and adult sizes in one order, which helps academies with players across age groups.
Can matching warm-ups be added?
Yes. We make jackets, track pants and hoodies in the same colours and decoration as the match kit. Ordering together keeps colour and fabric consistent across the set.
