Kits that work as a set, not as separate shirts
Soccer teams spend a season in their kit. It is washed weekly, pulled, stretched and dragged across turf, and it carries the identity of the club in every photo. We build soccer jerseys from sublimated polyester interlock or birdseye mesh, both of which wick moisture and keep colour through repeated washing. The artwork is printed into the fibre, so it never cracks or peels.
Our soccer kit programme covers shirts, shorts and socks as a coordinated set. You can choose a crew neck, a V-neck or a collared style, and set-in or raglan sleeves. Shorts come with an elastic waistband and drawcord, a built-in mesh brief on request, and side vents for movement. Socks are produced in matching colours with stripe or hoop patterns.
Most clubs order two outfield kits and one goalkeeper kit, plus training tops. We organise that into one design system, so colours, fonts and sponsor positions are matched. You send a crest, colours and ideas; our designers build mockups, and you approve the artwork before any fabric is printed.

Match-day construction
Breathable fabric zones
Birdseye mesh is used under the arms and across the back, where heat builds. Interlock sits across the chest for a smooth print surface. The result is airflow where it matters and colour depth where it shows.
Neck and cuff options
Choose a rib crew, a V-neck with tape trim or a polo collar. Cuffs can be plain, ribbed or contrast tipped. Necklines are stitched flat so they do not irritate the skin during a long match.
Goalkeeper variants
Keeper shirts are cut with longer sleeves, extra shoulder room and optional elbow padding panels. We also make keeper pants and gloves-compatible cuffs. The colour is designed to stand apart from both outfield kits.
True youth sizing
Youth sizes are graded for developing bodies rather than just scaled down. Shorts have a shorter rise and softer waistband, and sleeve length is adjusted, so younger players can move freely.
Names, numbers and badges
Share your colours, crest, quantities and age groups. We will return mockups for home, away and keeper kits along with a production timeline.
Player names and numbers
Names go on the back, above the number, with number placement front and back or on the shorts. We offer heat-pressed vinyl or sublimated numbers, in fonts approved by your league. Numbers sit large enough for referees and spectators.
Sponsor logos
Sponsor logos can be sublimated into the shirt at any size, or applied as heat transfers for sponsors that change each season. We lay out chest, sleeve and back-hem positions to match your league regulations.
Crest and badge
The club crest can be embroidered for a premium finish, heat-transferred for a lighter look, or sublimated as part of the artwork. We digitise each crest carefully so small text stays readable.
Mixed sizes in one design
Because sublimation prints are made per garment, you can order a single design across every size and still meet the minimum. This helps clubs with players who vary in size and a squad that grows each season.

Care & durability
Sublimated polyester is easy to care for. Wash in cool water, turn the shirt inside out to protect heat-pressed numbers, and hang to dry. Avoid high heat and fabric softener, which can reduce moisture wicking.
Because the dye is part of the fabric, the design will not crack or peel, and colours stay consistent through a full season. Flatlock seams and reinforced shoulders handle the stress of repeated matches.

Do I need league approval for my kit design?
Many leagues set rules about colour clashes, number sizes and sponsor placement. We recommend sending your league's guidelines with your inquiry. We adjust the layout to match them, and we can supply a mockup to share with officials.
How do you handle the goalkeeper kit?
We design the keeper kit to contrast with both home and away shirts. It is cut with extra length and room, and can include padded elbows. Keeper kits are usually ordered in smaller quantities and can be added to a main order.
Can numbers be changed during the season?
Yes. If you choose heat-pressed numbers, we can supply replacement numbers and names for new players. Sublimated numbers are permanent, so we suggest heat-pressed for squads that change often.
What are the youth size ranges?
Youth sizes typically cover ages 6 to 16 in several steps. Please tell us the age groups so we can confirm size charts. Youth sizes are graded for shape and length, not simply shrunk.
Can I reorder the same kit next season?
Yes. We store your artwork, colour values and size charts. A reorder uses the same files, so new players receive a kit that matches the existing squad. We confirm any fabric or dye changes before production.
