Stone choice shapes the look. Glass crystal gives the brightest return and costs more. Acrylic stones are lighter and cheaper but read softer. Sizes typically run from SS6 for fine detail up to SS30 for bold statements, and we mix them to build gradients and outlines that look dimensional.
The fleece matters as well. We use 340 to 400 GSM brushed fleece with a tight, smooth face, because loose or heavily napped surfaces weaken the bond. Large rhinestone areas add weight and stiffness, so we balance coverage against drape and advise where a mix of stones and embroidery will serve you better.

We source stones in consistent grades so size and facet cut match across the run. Mixed batches create dull patches, which is why we keep stone lots separate and check them under light.
Template-based placement
Laser-cut or plotter-cut templates lock every stone in position, so a 2,000 stone design is identical on the first hoodie and the last one.
Calibrated heat press
Temperature, dwell time and pressure are set to the adhesive and the fleece blend. Too hot burns the face fabric, too cool weakens the bond. We test on offcuts first.
Piece-by-piece inspection
Each hoodie is checked for missing stones, glue bleed and alignment. Defects are repaired before packing, and pull tests are run on sample pieces from every batch.

Can you do a full-front rhinestone design?
Yes. Large coverage works, though stone count raises cost and stiffness. We often suggest outline-only or mixed stone sizes to keep drape and price in balance. A mockup with stone counts helps you decide.
What file do you need for rhinestone artwork?
Vector artwork is best, in AI, EPS or PDF. We convert it to a stone layout, choosing sizes to fit line widths. If you only have a flat image, our design team can recreate it for the mockup.
Are glass or acrylic stones better?
Glass crystal gives more sparkle and holds its brilliance longer, at a higher price. Acrylic is lighter and lower cost, with a softer look. We can sample both on your fleece so you can compare before deciding.
Is there a minimum for rhinestone orders?
Our usual minimum is 50 pieces per design. A single sample is possible so you can check stone size, colour and placement. Template cost is spread over the run, so larger quantities improve unit economics.
