We offer regular, tall and petite inseams and an extended hem with a hidden grip tape. Hems can be raw, folded or topstitched, depending on how clean you want the opening to look.

Choose a wide fold-over yoga waistband for a soft, high-rise feel, or a classic ribbed band with a drawcord and eyelets. Both are made with enough recovery to stay put after many wears.
Pockets that sit flat
Side seam pockets are sewn with a stabilised opening so they do not gape. We can also add a hidden zip pocket on the hip, or a single back pocket for a small embroidered mark.

Overlock seams with topstitching on the outseam keep the leg straight. Twin-needle hems stretch with the fabric rather than popping, which is essential on a long flared hem.

Which fabric holds a flare best?

How do you handle long hems and tall sizes?
We grade inseams per size and offer a tall block. A hidden inner grip tape or a sewn elastic channel stops the hem rolling under the heel. We confirm lengths against your sizing chart on the sample.
Can I get matching tops in the same fabric?
Yes. We dye and finish hoodies, cropped zips and tees to match the pants in one production run, so colours line up. This is cleaner than matching later from different dye lots.
What decoration survives on brushed fleece?
Embroidery, screen print and DTF all work well. Rhinestones need a tested backing. We recommend a stabiliser on embroidery to prevent puckering, and we show a sample of the finished decoration first.
