A clear path from first inquiry to final delivery
Good apparel orders are rarely lost in production. They are lost in unclear briefs, rushed approvals and missed handovers. Our process is built to remove those risks, with a named account manager, a physical sample before bulk and inspection at every stage.
Step 1: Inquiry and brief
Every order begins with a short brief. Use our quote form to tell us which styles you want, how many pieces, the sizes you expect, the decoration methods and the date you need the goods. Attach artwork or reference images if you have them.
If your brief is incomplete, that is fine. Your account manager will ask the missing questions, usually in a single message, so you are not buried in back-and-forth. We would rather ask early than guess and get it wrong later.
Step 2: Quote and mockup
Within about one business day we return a written quote and a digital mockup. The quote shows fabric options, decoration methods, quantities and lead time, and it explains where choices change the price.
Mockups and design support are free. Our designers check your artwork for print readiness, suggest improvements to placement and scale, and flag any detail that will not reproduce well in the chosen method.
You can revise the mockup as many times as needed before moving forward.
Step 3: Pre-production sample
Before we start bulk production, we make a physical sample that shows fabric, fit, colour and decoration. You can handle it, wash it, wear it and compare it with your brief.
Approve it as it is, or request changes. We update the sample until it meets your requirement. Once you sign off, the approved sample becomes the reference that our production and inspection teams work from.
Step 4: Bulk production
Bulk production typically takes 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. Fabric is cut against the approved pattern, panels are sewn, and decoration is applied in-house. We do not outsource printing or embroidery to unknown third parties.
Your account manager gives you a planned schedule and notifies you if anything threatens it. If a trim or fabric delay appears, you hear about it as soon as we do, together with the options for keeping your date.
Cutting
Panels are cut to the approved pattern with fabric lots recorded so shade stays consistent.
Sewing
Experienced operators assemble garments with checks on seam strength, hems and measurements.
Decoration
Printing, embroidery or applique is applied and compared against the signed-off sample.
Inspection
Finished garments are checked, trimmed, pressed and counted before they move to packing.
Communication during your order
A process only works if you can see it. Your account manager is your single point of contact, and you can ask for a progress update at any stage. We confirm key milestones in writing, including mockup approval, sample approval, start of production, completion of inspection and dispatch.
We write updates in plain language. If everything is on schedule, we say so briefly. If something has shifted, we explain what changed, how much time is affected and what we recommend.
You can also use the Order Status page to request an update by entering your order number and email. Your account manager replies within one business day.
Step 5: Packing and shipping
Garments are folded, bagged and labelled to your instructions. We can pack by size, by style, or by carton for direct distribution to retailers or team members.
We ship worldwide with tracking. Your quote states the shipping method and estimated transit time, and your account manager sends tracking details as soon as the order leaves us. Import duties and taxes depend on your destination and are your responsibility.
Common reasons orders slip, and how we avoid them
Most delays come from a short list of causes. Knowing them helps you avoid them on your side as well as ours.
Late or unclear artwork
We check artwork on day one and ask for corrections immediately, so print files are ready when production slots open.
Colour disagreements
We confirm colours against physical references or thread and ink charts at sample stage, not after bulk is cut.
Late size changes
We lock the size split before cutting. Changes after that point are possible but may affect timing and cost.
Freight surprises
We state shipping method and transit estimate in the quote so your delivery date reflects real transit time.
Print-on-demand and reorders
Print-on-demand orders follow a shorter version of the same process. Because there is no bulk run, we confirm artwork and garment choice, produce the item and ship it, starting from a single piece.
Reorders are simpler still. We keep your approved artwork, thread colours and pattern references on file, so repeat orders can usually move straight to production. If you want to change a colour or placement, we produce an updated sample first.
What we need from you
A good brief shortens every stage that follows. Gather the following before you send an inquiry:
- Garment styles and the quantity of each
- Size split, or a rough percentage per size
- Decoration method and placement for each style
- Artwork files, ideally vector, or clear reference images
- Your required delivery date and destination
If you are not sure about any item, send what you have and we will help fill in the rest.
Common questions
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
How long does the whole process take?
Mockup and quote usually take about one business day. Sampling time depends on complexity. Bulk production then takes 10 to 15 working days after approval, plus shipping. Your account manager will give a full timeline at quote stage.
Can I skip the sample to save time?
On repeat orders of an approved style we can often move directly to production. For a first order, we strongly recommend a sample because it protects both of us against fit, colour or decoration problems that are expensive to fix after bulk.
Start with a short brief
Send your styles, quantities and deadline and your account manager will reply with a quote and mockup, usually within one business day.
