We cut panels, set drop shoulders, build ribbing with the right recovery, and finish seams so the garment holds its shape after dozens of washes. If you already have a tech pack, we follow it. If you have a reference hoodie, we can pattern from it.
Decoration happens under the same roof, so the print, stitch or stone is applied to the real garment rather than a stand-in. Fashion labels use us for limited drops, and teams and schools use us for repeat orders. Either way you get one account manager and one set of approvals.

Pattern and fit control
We build oversized, boxy, cropped and classic blocks, with adjustable shoulder drop, body length and sleeve length. Send a tech pack or a sample hoodie and we will grade the sizes to suit your market.
Decoration in one place
Screen print, puff, DTG, embroidery, patchwork and rhinestones are all done in house. That means fewer hand-offs, faster approvals and consistent placement across every piece in the run.
Pre-production samples
Before bulk starts, we make a sample so you can check colour, hand feel, print placement and fit. Changes are agreed in writing, and bulk only begins after your sign-off.
Labels, tags and trims
Add woven neck labels, printed inner tags, custom drawcords, metal eyelets and branded hang tags. We source trims to match your colour palette and build the label position into the pattern.
Worldwide dispatch
Bulk orders ship in 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. We pack to your spec, including polybag, folding and carton labelling, and send worldwide with tracking.

Brief and mockup
Send your artwork, reference garment or tech pack. We prepare a free mockup, confirm fabric and fit, and give you a quote with minimums and lead time for your chosen decoration.
Sample approval
We produce a pre-production sample in your fabric and colour with the decoration applied. You check the fit, print and trims, request changes, and approve in writing before anything goes to bulk.
Bulk production
Cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing run in sequence, with checks at each stage. Your account manager updates you on progress and flags any risk early rather than late.
Packing and dispatch
We fold, label and pack to your instructions, then ship worldwide with tracking. Our target is 100% on-time dispatch, and you get the carton details before the shipment leaves.
Decoration that suits fleece
Fleece is a forgiving canvas, but each method behaves differently. Screen printing and puff print give the strongest results on heavy cotton, while DTG suits detailed artwork in small quantities. Embroidery and patchwork add premium texture, and rhinestones bring shine to limited editions.
You can also combine methods on one garment, such as a screen-printed back with an embroidered chest logo and a custom woven label. We will advise on placement, stitch density, ink type and wash tolerance so the finished hoodie looks as good after a month of wear as it does on day one.

What is the minimum order for custom hoodies?
Most hoodie and sweatshirt styles start at 50 pieces per design. Print-on-demand is available from a single piece if you want to test a design or fulfil small orders. Minimums can vary slightly with fabric and decoration, so request a quote with your details.
Which fleece weights can you produce?
We work from lightweight French terry up to 500 GSM heavyweight fleece. Most streetwear brands choose between 380 and 450 GSM for a structured fit. We can send fabric swatches or make a sample so you can feel the cloth before committing.
Can you copy a hoodie I already own?
Yes. Send the garment or a detailed tech pack and we will pattern from it, measure the key points and grade the size range. We will make a sample for you to check before bulk, and adjust fit, length or sleeve as needed.
How long does a bulk hoodie order take?
Bulk production takes 10 to 15 working days after you approve the pre-production sample. Complex decoration such as patchwork or rhinestones can sit at the longer end. We confirm the schedule in your quote and tell you promptly if anything shifts.
Do you add custom neck labels and hang tags?
Yes. We can sew woven or printed neck labels, add inner tags with care and size information, and supply branded hang tags. Share your label artwork and preferred position and we will build it into the sample and the bulk run.
Is design help included?
Free design and mockup support is included with every inquiry. Our team will place your artwork on the garment, suggest suitable decoration methods and check that your files are print and stitch ready, so there are no surprises at sample stage.
