Your Brand on a Garment We Build and Pack for You
Private label means the product is made by us and sold under your name. Choose from our proven blanks or send a spec, then add your labels, decoration and packaging. We handle sampling, production, quality checks and worldwide shipping, so you can focus on selling. Minimums start at 50 pieces for most styles.
- Our blanks, your brand
- Custom labels and packaging
- Minimums from 50 pieces
- Samples before bulk
Three routes to a private label product
The fastest route is to start from our existing blanks: tees, hoodies, joggers and jackets with tested fits, fabrics and size charts. You choose the colour, add decoration and labels, and skip pattern development. This suits new brands and print shops that want to test the market without large design costs.
The second route is relabeling. You choose a style we already make and we remove generic branding, then sew in your woven or printed labels, add your hang tags and pack the garments in your own materials. The third route is full custom development, where you bring a tech pack or reference sample and we create patterns, grade sizes and produce to your specification.
Most customers combine routes over time. A first drop may be relabeled blanks with printing, followed by a custom cut hoodie in the second season. Throughout, you have a dedicated account manager, free mockup support and pre-production samples, so each decision is reviewed before we commit a bulk run.
Who private label suits
New clothing brands
Launching with proven blanks removes the risk of fit and fabric mistakes. Add your decoration, neck labels and packaging, and you have a market-ready range without patternmaking or large inventory commitments.
Print shops adding blanks supply
Print businesses can sell finished, labelled garments rather than only decorating customer-supplied pieces. We supply consistent blanks and decoration, so you can offer a full product to your clients.
Established brands adding styles
Brands that already sell can extend with new silhouettes without a new factory relationship. We match your label standards, size charts and packaging so new items sit with existing ranges.
Corporate and agency programmes
Agencies and businesses launching branded merchandise lines use private label for consistent quality, controlled colour, and discreet branding that looks like a retail range rather than promotional items.
What is included
Tested blanks and fits
Our blank range covers common weights and silhouettes, with measured size charts and fabric details. You see and feel the garment before ordering, so there are no surprises.
Labels and relabeling
We sew in your woven, printed or heat transfer labels, remove generic tags, and add hang tags, so garments leave our factory carrying only your identity.
Branded packaging
Polybags, tissue, stickers, mailers and custom boxes are available. We fold and pack to your standard, ready for retail shelves or direct customer shipping.
Dedicated account manager
One person manages your quotes, samples, production schedule and dispatch. You always know where an order stands, and who to ask when plans change.
Private label options
Tell us your styles, quantities and branding needs. We will recommend blanks, suggest labels and packaging, and quote with a sample plan.
Choosing blanks
Pick from weights such as lightweight tees through heavyweight fleece, in standard colours. We share fabric composition and measurements, and can dye to match your colour reference on larger runs.
Decoration choices
Add screen print, puff, DTF, embroidery, patches, rhinestones or tackle twill to any blank. Mix methods across your collection to create variety without needing separate manufacturers.
Labels and tags
Woven main labels, care labels, tagless neck prints and hang tags all carry your brand. We help set layouts and placement, and you confirm legal content for your market.
Packaging and delivery
Individual polybags, size stickers, tissue wrap and branded boxes. We ship worldwide by air or sea, and can pack by size, style or direct to your customer lists.
Private label versus other options
Choose private label when you want to build a long-term brand with consistent product, and you are ready for minimums of around 50 pieces per style. It gives you more control than print-on-demand and lower risk than full custom manufacturing.
Choose print-on-demand if you want to test designs from one piece with no stock. Choose full custom manufacturing when you have a specific pattern, fabric or construction that existing blanks cannot match. We offer all three, and many clients move from one to the next as sales grow.
Who orders this
Private label suits anyone who wants to sell garments under their own name without running a factory. The model keeps upfront risk low and gives you a clear path to grow.
- Founders launching a first streetwear or lifestyle collection
- Print shops adding finished private label products
- Influencers and creators building a merch brand
- Boutiques wanting exclusive designs under their own name
- Agencies producing branded ranges for clients
Care & durability
We provide fabric and care guidance for each blank, so your labels carry correct instructions for the material. Cotton fleece, jersey and blends each need slightly different wash advice.
Quality checks run during and after production, covering stitching, measurements, decoration and labelling. Defects are fixed or replaced under our quality guarantee, and your reorders use the same approved specifications.
Private label questions answered
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
What is the minimum order for private label?
Most styles start at 50 pieces, with sizes and colours split within the order where the style allows. Custom developed garments may need higher quantities because of fabric and pattern setup. We confirm exact minimums when we quote.
What does relabeling involve?
We remove or cover existing branding and sew in your label at the neck, adding care and size labels as needed. You supply label artwork or approve our proofs. Garments arrive packaged with your hang tags and any inserts.
Can I start from a sample before bulk?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample so you can check fit, fabric, decoration and labels. Sample time and cost depend on the style, and any approved changes are noted for the bulk run.
Do you offer packaging as well?
Yes. Polybags, tissue, stickers, mailers and custom boxes can be arranged, with branded printing on most items. Packaging has its own minimums, which we explain at quote stage so you can plan your launch.
How long does private label production take?
Bulk orders generally take 10 to 15 working days after sample approval, plus shipping. Custom label materials, such as woven labels or dyed fabric, may add time, so share your launch date early.
