All-Over Printed Neck Gaiters for Teams and Brands
A neck gaiter is a printable canvas that wraps around the wearer, so your artwork is seen from every angle. We make seamless and side-seamed tubes in lightweight microfiber and brushed polyester, fully sublimated edge to edge. They work as sun protection, cold-weather layers and event merchandise. Minimum order is 50 pieces.

A tube of fabric that works harder than it looks
Gaiters look simple, but fabric choice changes everything. Our summer version uses a 130 to 160 GSM polyester microfiber with a slightly cool hand and good moisture wicking, which suits cycling, fishing, running and trail events. The winter version uses a 200 to 260 GSM brushed polyester or a double-layer tube with fleece on the inside for real warmth.
Because the fabric is white polyester before printing, sublimation gives vivid, wash-proof color that runs through the fibers instead of sitting on top. Artwork can cover the full tube without cracking, and the stretch of the fabric does not distort the print once it relaxes. We print on the flat sheet, then sew the tube, so pattern placement is planned around the seam.
The standard size is about 25 cm tall by 50 cm circumference when relaxed, and it stretches comfortably over a head or to wrap twice at the neck. Some buyers prefer a half-height tubular bandana for hot climates and a tall 50 cm version that works as a scarf. We can produce either length and will sample before bulk.

Where our gaiters earn their keep
UV and wind protection
Tightly knitted microfiber blocks a large share of sunlight and cuts wind chill around the neck. We can specify a UPF-rated fabric on request, giving outdoor brands a practical product benefit beyond the artwork.
Breathable moisture wicking
Polyester microfiber moves sweat away from the skin and dries quickly. For runners and cyclists, this is the difference between a gaiter that gets worn on every outing and one left in a drawer.
Seamless or flat-seamed
Seamless circular knit has no seam on the face, but limits print size. Flat-seamed tubes allow larger repeats and a continuous pattern. We recommend the right one for your artwork at the mockup stage.
Reversible possibilities
Two-sided prints turn one gaiter into two looks. We can print a different design on each face of a double-layer tube, so buyers get a team color on one side and a neutral on the other.

All-over sublimation
This is the default and our strongest method for gaiters. Dye-sublimation transfers gradients, photographs and bold patterns across the entire sheet. Colors stay bright after repeated washing because the dye is part of the fabric, not a coating.
Placed logos with solid color body
For a quieter look, we dye or sublimate a solid color and add a single logo at one end or center front. This keeps cost down and works well for corporate buyers who want restraint.
Woven labels and heat tags
A small woven label sewn into the seam, or a heat-transfer tag with care instructions, makes the gaiter feel like a finished retail piece. Labels do not affect stretch when placed along the seam allowance.
Reflective and trim details
Reflective piping or a printed reflective strip adds visibility for night runners and cyclists. We test the placement so it sits on the outer face and does not irritate skin when the gaiter is pulled up.

Care & durability
Wash gaiters cold with similar colors and hang to dry. Polyester dries within an hour in most rooms, so there is no need for a dryer. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibers and reduces wicking.
Sublimated color is built into the fabric and does not crack or flake, so a gaiter can be washed after every use. Seams are double needle stitched with stretch thread to avoid popping when pulled over the head.

Will the print show on the inside as well?
Sublimation passes through the fabric on a single layer, so the inside shows a faint mirror of the design. For a clean inside, we recommend a double-layer tube or a solid color lining. We show the difference on the sample.
Can I order a design with no visible seam?
A seamless circular knit has no seam but is limited in print size and color control. A flat-sheet sublimated tube has one seam, usually at the back. We can hide the seam inside a pattern break so it is barely visible.
What is the best fabric for hot climates?
A 130 to 150 GSM polyester microfiber with open knit structure breathes best. Lighter color bases also reflect heat. We can add a cooling finish on request, though it needs testing for your market, so ask at quoting stage.
Can you produce kids sizes?
Yes. The youth pattern is shorter and narrower so it does not bunch under the chin. Minimums are the same, and we can combine adult and youth runs of one design to reach the 50-piece threshold per design.
Do gaiters come in individual packaging?
Standard packaging is a folded gaiter in a clear polybag. For retail we can add printed header cards, sleeves or custom boxes. Packaging costs are quoted separately and shown before you approve the order.
