What to include in your message
A good message saves a round of questions. Where possible, include:
- The garments you are interested in and a rough quantity
- Your preferred decoration method, if you have one
- Artwork or reference images
- The date you need delivery and where it should go
- Any questions about fabric, sizing or samples
What happens next
A member of our team reads every message and routes it to the right person. For new projects, that is usually a dedicated account manager who prepares your quote and mockup. For existing orders, it is your current account manager.
