We build joggers on a tapered block with a mid rise, a slightly dropped crotch for movement, and a leg that narrows to the ankle without choking the calf. Fabric options run from 280 gsm French terry for spring and summer to 400 gsm brushed fleece for winter. All are pre-washed, and fleece is brushed on the inside only, so the face stays smooth for printing.

Where the quality sits
Rib cuffs with recovery
Ankle cuffs are knitted with a touch of elastane in the rib, so they hold their grip after many washes. We can also supply open hem, zip hem or raw edge versions on request.
Pocket construction
Side seam pockets use a double-layer bag with a reinforced opening, plus an optional zip back pocket or a hidden coin pocket. Bags are cut from a lighter fabric to keep the hip from bulking.
Seam reinforcement
Crotch and pocket corners are bar-tacked, and the rise seam is double stitched. These are the first places joggers fail in rough use, so we spend time strengthening them.
Waistband and cord
A wide elastic waistband with an inner drawcord and rope or flat cord keeps the pant secure without digging in. Metal or embroidered eyelets and custom cord tips are available.

Standard fleece runs from 320 to 400 gsm, while French terry and loopback sit between 280 and 330 gsm. We send swatches so you can feel the weight, and recommend a gsm to match your market and climate.
Can I add a zip pocket?
Yes. Back zip pockets, hidden coin pockets and zip-closed side pockets are all available. Each adds a little to sewing time, but they are popular for travel and gym use, and make a clear product difference.
Are youth sizes available?
We can grade down to youth sizes for school or club programmes. Fit is adjusted, not just scaled, so the rise and leg length suit smaller bodies. Please give us the age range when you inquire.
