Many brands sell hoodies and sweatpants as sets, and a mismatch in shade or hand feel is obvious. Because we cut joggers from the same fleece lots as our hoodies, colour and texture match from the start, and dye batches are coordinated for custom colours.
Pattern options cover the main silhouettes. A tapered jogger with cuffs for athleisure. A straight leg for a cleaner look. A wide leg or open hem for streetwear. Rise, thigh and leg opening are adjustable, and we grade the pattern across your size run.
Construction is practical. Waistbands combine elastic and a flat drawcord, with eyelets or stitched holes. Pockets can be side-seam, slanted or zipped, with a back pocket on request. Gusseted crotches and bar-tacked pocket corners handle the stress that bottoms face every day.

What separates a good jogger
Waistbands that hold
Elastic with an inner tape and drawcord holds position without digging in. Stitching is reinforced at the drawcord exit, which is a common failure point on cheap joggers.
Pockets that last
Slanted or side-seam pockets are bar-tacked at the opening and use a sturdy pocket bag fabric. Zip options secure phones and keys, with a flat, tidy finish.
Pattern with room to move
A gusseted crotch and a balanced rise let the wearer sit, squat and run without pulling. Cuffs use rib with stretch recovery to keep the leg closed.

Joggers are cut from the same dyed fleece as hoodies when you order both. That keeps sets looking intentional, with no shade drift between top and bottom.

Care & durability
Joggers are made for regular laundering. Wash at 30 to 40 degrees, inside out, with the drawcord tied. Avoid high-heat drying to protect the elastic, and dry flat or on low to keep cuffs and waistband springy.
Pre-shrunk fleece resists length change, and reinforced stress points handle repeated wear. Embroidery and print last longest when washed inside out, away from zips and abrasive items.

Can joggers match my existing hoodie colour?
Yes, when ordered together we cut from the same dyed fleece. For an existing hoodie, send a sample and we dye to match. Small shade differences are possible between dye lots, so we advise ordering sets together.
What fleece weight is best for sweatpants?
A 320 to 380 GSM fleece balances comfort and structure for most markets. Lighter 280 GSM terry suits warm climates. A 400 GSM heavyweight gives a premium feel. We can sample two weights side by side.
Do you offer tall and short inseams?
Yes. Inseam options can be graded across sizes, such as short, regular and tall. Pre-production sampling checks the fit and leg length before bulk, and we advise on quantity splits for each inseam.
What pocket styles can I choose?
Slanted side pockets, straight seam pockets, zipped pockets and back pockets are all possible. Cargo styles are also available on request. Pocket choice affects sewing time and price, so we quote each option.
Can I order joggers and hoodies as a set?
Yes. We match fabric, colour and labels across both, and can pack them as a set with a custom hang tag or box. Minimums are 50 pieces per colour for each style.
