Matching Sets Built Around Your Brand, Cut for Repeat Sales
A good co-ord does the merchandising for you: one drop, two pieces, one higher basket. We make custom tracksuits and yoga sets in your fabric, your fit and your trims, with free mockups and pre-production samples before bulk. Minimums start at 50 pieces per style.
Why co-ords keep outselling single pieces
Matching sets are the quiet workhorse of athleisure labels. A customer who buys the top usually wants the bottom, and a set photographs better on a model, on a rail and on a feed. For a brand, that means a higher order value without a bigger design budget.
At BERMGOODS we treat a set as one product, not two garments sewn separately. Top and bottom are cut from the same fabric lot so the shade, hand feel and shrinkage match after the first wash. That sounds basic, but mismatched dye lots are the most common complaint we hear from brands that switched to us from other suppliers.
We work with tracksuits for streetwear, team and corporate programs, and yoga sets for studios, boutique fitness labels and private-label activewear. Both families share the same development path: tech pack or reference garment in, mockup and sample out, then bulk once you approve.
What goes into a set that sells
One fabric lot, both pieces
Top and bottom are cut and sewn from the same roll allocation, so colour and shrinkage stay consistent. We flag any lot change before it reaches the cutting table and never mix lots inside a single set.
Fit blocks you can adjust
Start from our standard blocks or send your own pattern. We grade across your size range, tweak rise, inseam, hem and ease, and confirm every change on a fit sample before bulk is approved.
Seams made for stretch
Yoga sets use flatlock or coverstitch construction that moves with the body and stays flat against skin. Tracksuits get reinforced stress points at pockets, zips and cuffs so they survive daily wear.
Private label finishing
Woven neck labels, printed inner tags, care labels, hang tags and polybag stickers are all handled in house. Your set arrives ready for your warehouse or your customers, with nothing left to add.
Colour matched to your swatch
Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we match the dye as closely as the fibre allows. Lab dips are available before bulk when colour is critical to your collection.
Low minimums, repeatable runs
Start from 50 pieces per style and reorder the same spec later with the same patterns and lab dips on file. We keep your approved sample and tech pack so repeat runs match the first.
Choose your set family
Our suits and sets range splits into two families with different fabrics, fits and use cases. Pick the one closest to your collection and we will tailor construction, trims and decoration from there. Not sure which fits? Send us a reference photo and we will recommend.
Zip jackets with matching joggers or straight-leg pants in fleece, french terry, poly tricot or brushed knit. Built for streetwear drops, team travel kits and corporate uniforms, with full trim and decoration options.
Bras, leggings, bike shorts and cropped tops in stretch knits with soft handfeel and squat-proof opacity. Made for boutique fitness labels and studios that want a coordinated look at a sensible minimum.
From reference to finished set
Brief and mockup
Send a tech pack, a reference garment or just photos and notes. Our design team prepares a free mockup showing colourways, panel splits, trims and decoration placement, usually within a couple of working days.
Fabric and fit sample
We confirm fabric weight and composition, then cut a pre-production sample of the full set. You check fit, drape and finishing, and we revise until the sample matches your intent.
Bulk production
Once you sign off, we cut and sew the full run, apply decoration and attach your labels. Bulk orders typically take 10 to 15 working days, with checkpoints during cutting, sewing and finishing.
Inspection and shipping
Every set is checked against the approved sample, folded, bagged and packed to your requirements. We ship worldwide and your account manager shares tracking details as soon as the shipment leaves.
Decoration that suits sets
Tracksuits take almost every method we offer. Embroidery and tackle twill suit chest logos and sleeve lettering, puff print and screen printing work well on fleece and french terry, and custom patches add a premium touch on jackets. DTF handles detailed artwork on poly tricot.
Yoga sets call for lighter touches. Small heat-applied DTF logos, silicone prints and discreet woven labels keep stretch fabrics comfortable, while sublimation suits all-over patterns on poly-spandex blends. We recommend the method per fabric during mockup.
Suits and sets questions
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
What is the minimum order for a custom set?
Most set styles start at 50 pieces per style. A set counts as one style, so 50 sets means 50 tops and 50 bottoms. If you want to test the market first, ask about our print-on-demand route, which starts at a single piece for selected items.
Can the top and bottom be sold separately?
Yes. We pack and label top and bottom so they can be sold as a set or split by size and SKU. Each piece gets its own label with size and style codes, which makes warehouse handling and mixed-size orders simple for you.
Do you offer sample sets before bulk?
We make a pre-production sample of the complete set so you can check fit, colour and decoration. Mockups are free. Sampling cost and timing depend on the style, and your account manager confirms both before we start cutting.
Can you match my existing pattern or fit?
Send a tech pack, a pattern file or a reference garment and we will replicate it. We can also adjust a standard block for rise, inseam, sleeve length or ease. Every pattern change is confirmed on a fit sample before bulk.
Which fabrics work best for yoga sets?
Nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex knits are the usual choices for leggings and bras, with brushed or buttery finishes for soft feel. We can advise on weight and opacity, and we recommend a squat test on the sample before approving bulk.
How long does a bulk order take?
Bulk production usually takes 10 to 15 working days after sample approval, plus shipping time to your destination. Larger runs or complex decoration can add time, and we confirm a firm schedule when you approve the sample.
