Stretch Sets Made for Studio, Gym and Street
A yoga set has to move with the body, stay opaque in a deep stretch and keep a matching shade across top and bottom. We make bras, bralettes, bodysuits, leggings and shorts in nylon-spandex, polyester-spandex and seamless knit, dyed in one lot and finished with your labels. Minimum order is 50 sets.

Fabric stretch and recovery separate a studio set from a casual one
Most premium yoga sets use a nylon-spandex blend, around 75 to 80 percent nylon with 20 to 25 percent spandex, at 220 to 280 GSM. This gives a soft, buttery feel with four-way stretch and strong recovery. Polyester-spandex at 200 to 260 GSM is more affordable and holds color well, which suits team and promotional programs.
Seamless knit is a separate construction. Our machines knit the garment in a tube with variable stitch density, letting us add ribbing, mesh zones and compression panels without sewn seams. It reduces chafing and has a body-mapped look, but color choices are limited by yarn. Cut-and-sew sets allow bolder prints and more fit options.
Opacity is tested by stretching a swatch over a color-contrast board and checking for show-through at 150 percent stretch. We also test for pilling and rub fastness. Waistbands are wide at 10 to 14 cm with an inner pocket or gusset, and gussets are reinforced with a double layer of fabric. A fit sample is made on your chosen size run before bulk.

What we build into a yoga set
Brushed and smooth finishes
Peach-skin brushed fabric feels soft against the skin, while smooth, matte finishes feel cool and technical. We offer both options, and show them in swatch books before sample production.
Opacity and squat-proof testing
Leggings are tested for show-through using a light-reflective method. We increase GSM or add a second layer in crotch and seat zones when needed, so the garment stays opaque during deep movement.
Seam placement
Flatlock stitching and bonded seams keep friction away from the inner thigh and underarm. We route seams along natural muscle lines, which also helps shape the silhouette.
Pockets and inner details
Hidden phone pockets, waistband key pockets and removable bra cups can be included. Each pocket is bar tacked at stress points and sized for modern phones, not just a card.
Decorating stretch fabric

Heat-transfer and silicone logos
Soft-touch heat transfers and silicone prints stretch with the fabric without cracking. They suit small logos on the hip, waistband or chest, and are applied at controlled temperatures to avoid shiny marks on nylon.
Sublimation on polyester sets
Polyester-spandex sets can be fully sublimated with patterns, gradients and tie-dye effects. Colors are bright and flexible, and printing before cutting lets us place patterns symmetrically across the set.
Small embroidery
Fine embroidery works on waistband tabs, bra straps or leg hems when backed with a soft stabilizer. We keep stitch counts low to preserve stretch, and avoid dense fills on high-stretch zones.
Woven and printed labels
Tagless printed labels at the neck and waist remove itch. Woven labels on the side seam or waistband give a premium retail finish. We can also print size and care details inside the garment.

Care & durability
Wash sets in cold water with similar colors, inside out, and hang to dry. Skip fabric softener and high-heat drying, which damage spandex and reduce recovery. Avoid rough fabrics like denim or towels in the same load.
We test pilling and color-rubbing, and heat-set the fabric to keep stretch consistent. With care, a set holds shape and opacity through months of regular practice.

Do you offer removable bra cups?
Yes. We can sew a pocket and supply molded foam cups in several shapes. Cups are sized per bra size and can be fixed or removable. We can also create a built-in shelf for light support.
How do you test squat-proof quality?
We stretch a fabric sample over a contrast board and check for show-through. We also test finished garments on a fit model in deep squat and forward fold. If the fabric fails, we increase weight or add a layer.
Can I get matching colors across bra and leggings?
Yes. Both pieces are cut from the same dye lot of fabric. If you want matching across later drops, we keep your color standard on file, though new dye lots may vary within a small tolerance.
Is seamless or cut-and-sew better?
Seamless is soft and quick but has limited color and print options. Cut-and-sew allows more prints, fit variations and opacity control. Many brands use both, with seamless for basics and cut-and-sew for statement pieces.
What sizes should I start with?
Most brands start with XS to XL, adding XXS or 2XL as demand shows. We grade each size on a pattern set and test fit on live models. Extended sizes need separate fit sampling, but minimums stay the same.
