Denim jackets reward attention to cloth, wash and hardware. We cut and sew trucker, oversized, cropped and workwear jackets from 10 to 14 oz cotton denim, then finish them with stone, acid, enzyme or rinse washes. Patches, embroidery and distressing are done in-house. Minimum order is 50 pieces.

Denim weight and wash define how a jacket looks and ages
The weight of denim sets its character. A 10 oz denim is soft, supple and works for lightweight jackets and women’s cuts. A 12 oz denim is the classic balance of durability and drape, and a 14 oz denim is stiff, rugged and suited to workwear. We mostly use 100 percent cotton denim, with 1 to 2 percent elastane stretch for slimmer fits.
Washes change the look and feel. Rinse wash keeps the indigo dark and crisp. Stone wash creates a lived-in fade, enzyme wash softens the fabric, and acid wash produces the high-contrast marbled look. We can also do bleaching, whiskering, sanding and overdyeing in black, grey or color. Because each wash has to be repeatable, we make a wash standard and compare each batch against it.
Construction details include flat-felled seams, double-needle topstitching in contrasting or tonal thread, and metal shank buttons with your logo engraved. Pockets are bar tacked, and the lining can be left raw, or have a sherpa collar and flannel body lining for winter. Fit is tested on a standard size run and adjusted before bulk.

Flat-felled seams
Seams are folded and stitched twice to resist splitting and give a classic denim appearance. Stress points such as pocket corners and yokes are reinforced with bar tacks.
Custom hardware
Metal buttons, rivets and zippers can be branded with your logo and finished in antique brass, nickel or black. We test plating for rub and rust resistance.
Controlled washing
Each wash recipe is documented, so batches match across production runs. We test colorfastness to reduce crocking, where indigo rubs onto light fabrics.
Lined options
Sherpa, flannel or quilted linings turn a denim jacket into a cold-weather piece. We can add a corduroy collar and a hem drawcord, depending on your design.

Denim holds heavy embroidery well. We digitize for twill-like weave and use medium stitch density. Large back graphics are hooped before sewing to keep the fabric flat.

Woven, chenille and leather patches give a custom workwear or biker look. We stitch them with a heavy border and test pull strength on the finished garment.
Distressing and hand finishing
Whiskering, abrasion and sanding are applied by hand or laser for a unique fade. Laser finishing allows repeatable patterns, which supports brand consistency.
Printed and woven labels
Leather or woven back-waist patches, interior printed labels and branded rivets give a premium finish. These small details raise perceived value without raising cost much.

Care & durability
Wash denim jackets inside out in cold water, and hang to dry. Avoid frequent washing, which fades indigo faster. Light-colored washes can be cleaned more often. Do not bleach.
Denim is among the most durable fabrics, and our jackets are built with double stitching and bar tacks. Indigo fades gradually with wear, which many buyers consider a feature of the product.

Which denim weight should I choose?
Choose 10 oz for soft, lighter jackets, 12 oz for all-round use, and 14 oz for rugged workwear. We send swatches of each so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Can you reproduce a wash from a vintage jacket?
Yes. Send us the jacket, and we will create wash standards that match its fade. Exact matches depend on the fabric, so we test on your chosen denim before production.
Is acid wash environmentally harsh?
Traditional acid wash uses pumice and chemicals. We also offer laser and ozone processes with lower water use. These can create similar looks, and we can recommend the best option for your goals.
Can denim jackets be lined?
Yes. Options include flannel, sherpa, quilted polyester and cotton twill. Linings add warmth and structure, but also weight. We show how each option changes drape on a sample.
Will indigo rub off on other clothes?
New indigo can crock slightly, especially in dark rinse washes. We perform rub tests and pre-wash if needed to reduce transfer. Care labels advise washing separately for the first few washes.
