Start with the fabric weight, then the fit
Ask a buyer what makes a sweatpant feel premium and the answer is almost always weight. A 280 GSM fleece hangs differently from a 400 GSM heavyweight. A lighter french terry suits summer and layering, while a dense brushed-back fleece gives that substantial, structured drape that streetwear customers look for.
Fit comes second but matters just as much. Rise, thigh, knee, leg opening and inseam change how a pair sits on the body, and small changes show up in returns data. We build from tested blocks and adjust to your reference, then confirm every change on a fit sample before bulk.

Fleece weights to order
Choose from lightweight french terry through to heavy brushed fleece. We provide fabric swatches and GSM details so you can feel the difference and select the weight that fits your collection and climate.
Fits and leg shapes
Tapered, straight, wide, flared and relaxed cuts are all available. We adjust rise, thigh and hem width to your reference, and grade across your size chart so the silhouette holds from small to extra large.
Waistbands and drawcords
Elastic, flat or rib waistbands with internal or external drawcords, metal or printed aglets and optional gripper elastic. We set waistband width and stretch recovery so the pants stay put without digging in.
Pockets that work
Side seam, welt, patch, zip and bellows cargo pockets, with bar-tacked stress points. We test pocket depth and placement on the sample so phones sit securely and the line of the leg stays clean.
Washes and garment dyes
Acid wash, enzyme wash, garment dye and vintage finishes give each pair character. We run test washes on a sample so you can approve the exact look before the full order goes through.
Labels and trims
Woven side labels, printed inner tags, rubber pullers and custom zip pulls are placed to your tech pack. We handle sourcing and application so your branding is consistent across every style in your range.

Mid-to-heavy cotton fleece or twill shorts with an acid wash finish, finished in controlled batches so the pattern matches your approved sample. A strong seasonal seller for streetwear and festival-driven brands.
Wide-opening leg that flares from the knee, usually in fleece or french terry. We control hem width and break so the flare looks intentional, and offer side stripes, embroidery and puff print.
The core of any basics range: ribbed cuffs, drawcord waist and a tapered leg. Available in a wide range of fleece weights, with embroidery, screen print and woven labels for a branded finish.
Utility pants with bellows or flap pockets in cotton twill, ripstop or nylon. We reinforce stress points and can add adjustable hems, snaps and webbing for a technical, workwear-inspired look.

Tell us your target GSM, fit reference and colours. We send fabric swatches and a free mockup, so you can confirm the look, wash and decoration placement before we move on to patterns.
Fit sample
We cut a pre-production sample in your fabric and size. You check rise, leg shape and waistband, and we revise the pattern until the pair sits exactly as your customers will expect.
Bulk run
With sign-off in hand, we cut, sew, wash and decorate the full order. Bulk typically takes 10 to 15 working days, with inspections at cutting, sewing and finishing stages.
Final check and ship
Each pair is measured against the approved spec, folded and packed to your requirements. We ship worldwide, and your account manager keeps you updated with tracking from dispatch.
Decoration for bottoms
Sweatpants have limited decoration space, so placement matters. Embroidery on the thigh or hem looks refined, puff print and screen printing give streetwear impact down the leg, and rhinestones or tackle twill suit statement and team styles. Woven labels at the hem or waist add a premium finish.
Cargo pants and shorts work well with custom patches, rubber pullers and DTF for crisp small graphics. For acid wash shorts we apply decoration after washing where needed, and always test placement on the sample so the artwork stays sharp.

What fleece weights can you make?
We work from light french terry around 220 GSM up to heavy brushed fleece above 400 GSM. Tell us the feel you want and we will send swatches. We can also match a reference garment, then confirm the weight and composition on your fit sample.
Can you copy the fit of a pair I already sell?
Yes. Send the pair or a detailed measurement sheet and we will build a pattern from it. We confirm measurements on a fit sample, then grade across your size range so the fit stays consistent from smallest to largest.
How do you keep acid wash consistent?
Acid wash is hand-influenced, so no two pairs are identical, but we control the process with a signed-off sample and a defined recipe. We inspect each batch against that sample and group pairs by shade to keep your delivery visually consistent.
Will the pants shrink after washing?
We pre-treat or compact fabrics where needed and apply shrinkage allowances in the pattern. We can run wash tests on the sample and share the results, so you can set accurate care instructions and avoid surprises for your customers.
Can I mix colours and sizes in one order?
Yes. Minimums apply per style, and you can split quantities across colours and sizes within the style. Fabric dyeing may carry its own minimum per colour, and your account manager will confirm the details before you approve a quote.
What is the lead time for bulk bottoms?
Bulk bottoms usually take 10 to 15 working days after sample approval, plus shipping. Washed and garment-dyed styles can take longer, and we confirm a realistic schedule with you when the sample is signed off.
