Full Kits for Clubs, Schools and Leagues, Made to Order
A team kit has to look consistent across thirty players and survive a full season. We make custom uniforms in 18 sports with full sublimation, numbering and sponsor placement handled in house. Clubs and schools get a free kit mockup, a sample jersey and a clear roster process.
How a team order differs from a standard apparel order
A fashion order is about styles, colours and sizes. A team order is about people. Every jersey needs a name, a number and a size that match a roster, and a single mistake means one player gets the wrong shirt on game day. That changes how we run the job.
We build team programs around a roster sheet. You send names, numbers, sizes and any position or captain markers. We check it against your design, produce a proof showing representative jerseys, and only then move into production. Changes after approval are possible but can affect your delivery date.
Our sportswear is made for the sport, not adapted from generic tees. That means mesh where heat builds, stretch where players reach, reinforced seams for contact sports and fabrics that hold sublimation without fading. We cover eighteen sports, from soccer and basketball to cricket, esports and cheerleading.
Built for the pitch, the court and the season
Full sublimation artwork
Colour is printed into the fabric, so designs do not crack, peel or fade like surface prints. Gradients, patterns and edge-to-edge artwork are possible, and the fabric stays as breathable as it was before printing.
Names and numbers
Player names, numbers and sleeve or chest markers are produced from your roster. Choose sublimated, heat-pressed or twill finishes, and we check font, size and placement on a proof before production starts.
Roster-based ordering
Send one spreadsheet with names, numbers and sizes and we handle the rest. We flag duplicates, missing sizes and numbering conflicts before cutting, which prevents the costly mistakes that tend to appear late in team orders.
Sponsor logo placement
We position sponsor marks according to your agreements and league rules, with proofs showing scale and placement. Logos are sublimated into the fabric or applied with heat transfer, depending on durability and budget.
Performance fabrics
Moisture-wicking polyester, mesh panels and stretch blends keep players dry and mobile. We choose fabric weight and structure by sport, so a rugby jersey and a volleyball jersey are built differently.
Reorders and new joiners
We keep your artwork, patterns and colour references on file. When new players join or sizes change, you can reorder matching pieces without rebuilding the design, which keeps the squad looking uniform.
Team sportswear by sport
Eighteen sports sit under this category, each with its own fabrics, cuts and numbering conventions. Select your sport below to see specifications and options. If your sport is not listed, contact us, since we regularly build custom kits for niche teams and leagues.

The team kit process
Design and proof
Send your crest, colours and ideas, or let our designers draft options. We produce a free mockup of home and away kits, then revise it with you until committee, coach or captain approves the final design.
Roster and sample
Submit your roster with names, numbers and sizes. We review it for conflicts and produce a sample jersey, so you can check fit, fabric and print quality before the whole squad order is cut.
Production
We sublimate, cut, sew and finish the full kit. Bulk team orders usually take 10 to 15 working days from sample approval, with progress checks at printing, cutting and sewing stages.
Sorting and delivery
Kits can be packed individually by player name or grouped by size, as you prefer. We ship worldwide and your account manager shares tracking details so you can plan handover before the first match.
Decoration for team kits
Sublimation is our primary method for team sportswear, because the ink becomes part of the polyester and survives repeated washing. It suits all-over designs, side panels and gradients. We add tackle twill numbers for traditional football and baseball looks, and embroidery for crests on polos, warm-ups and jackets.
DTF and heat-applied transfers work well for names, numbers and late roster changes, while custom patches mark captains, tournaments and anniversary seasons. For cheer and dance programs, we can add rhinestones to selected areas. We recommend the method for each sport and budget during mockup.
Team sportswear questions
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
What is the minimum order for a team kit?
Most team uniforms start at 50 pieces, which suits a club with several squads or a school with multiple teams. Smaller squads can sometimes combine styles in one order. Tell us your numbers and your account manager will advise the best way to meet the minimum.
Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. Names and numbers come from the roster you supply, and each jersey is produced with its own details. We check the roster for duplicate numbers and missing sizes before production, then send a proof to you for approval.
How is sublimation different from screen printing?
Sublimation transfers ink into polyester fibres, so there is no layer on the surface to crack, peel or add weight. It is best for all-over designs on light-coloured polyester. Screen print and twill sit on top of the fabric and suit other materials or finishes.
Can you match our club or school colours exactly?
We match colours to a Pantone reference or physical swatch as closely as sublimation and the fabric allow. Screens and printing can shift shades slightly, so we recommend approving a printed sample jersey before your full squad order is produced.
What if we need extra sizes or new players later?
We store your artwork, patterns and colour settings so additional pieces can be produced to match. Reorders are subject to minimums and production timing, and your account manager can advise the most economical way to add players during the season.
Do you offer youth and extended sizes?
Yes. We grade youth, adult and extended sizes from the same design, so teams with mixed age groups can order matching kits. Please supply a size chart or let us share ours, and we will fit the roster accordingly.
