The classic uniform and the modern one
Traditional baseball jerseys are made with a button front, a set-in sleeve and a lettered chest in stitched twill. They look right on a diamond, and clubs that want heritage choose them. Pants have belt loops, piping down the leg and a gathered or open hem. Together with a stitched cap and stirrup or full-length socks, the set signals baseball at a glance.
The modern alternative is a sublimated jersey, either full-button or pullover, with printed lettering and gradient designs. Sublimation allows full-colour crests, pinstripes printed in the fabric, and side panels that are not possible in a stitched garment. Pullover styles with an elastic waist and V-neck suit youth and recreational programmes where speed of dressing matters.
We work in double-knit polyester for traditional jerseys, which is durable and holds shape, and in lighter interlock or mesh for sublimated shirts. Pants are stretch polyester with reinforced knees, which handle sliding and base running. Everything is made to a coordinated colour set so the jersey, pants and cap match.

Details that make the uniform
Sliding-ready pants
Pants use a stretch knit with reinforced double knees, to hold up to sliding and diving. Piping, stripes and belt loops are stitched flat, and elastic or open hems fit over stirrup socks or cleats.
Button and zip choices
Full-button jerseys use flat, durable plastic or metal-look buttons with a placket that sits clean. Two-button and pullover styles reduce bulk and help young players dress without help.
Sleeve and neck variants
Choose short sleeve, long sleeve or sleeveless with a layered undershirt. Collars include band, V-neck and round styles. Raglan cuts give more freedom through the shoulders for pitchers and fielders.
Caps and accessories
Matching fitted or adjustable caps, belts, socks and arm sleeves complete the uniform. We match colours across fabrics, and embroider logos on caps in a stitch density that holds shape.
Lettering, numbers and crests

Twill chest lettering
Team names or city lettering are cut from layered twill and stitched with a clean edge. Two- and three-colour lettering with outlines gives depth, and we align the layers to keep curved or arched text smooth.
Back numbers and names
Back numbers are standard, with a name above for some leagues. Numbers can be twill or heat-pressed. We confirm number height and font against league rules and send a layout proof for approval.
Sublimated pinstripes and panels
Printed pinstripes, side panels and gradient yokes create a modern look without weight. Because they are part of the fabric, they do not crack or peel after a season of washing.
Sleeve patches and badges
Sleeve crests, league patches, anniversary marks and sponsor logos are stitched or heat transferred. We place them to avoid seams and keep them in line on both sleeves.

Care & durability
Wash baseball uniforms in cool water, inside out, and hang to dry. Twill lettering should avoid high dryer heat, which can warp edges. Pants benefit from a pre-treatment on grass and clay stains before washing.
Double-knit and reinforced knees hold up through sliding, and sublimated colours stay vibrant. Button plackets and belt loops are bar-tacked at stress points.

What is the difference between full-button and pullover jerseys?
Full-button jerseys are traditional and dressy, while pullovers are lighter and quicker to put on. Many youth teams choose pullovers, and many adult clubs choose full-button for game day. We make both.
Can pants have piping or stripes?
Yes. We add single, double or triple piping, side stripes and contrast bands to pants. Colours can match the jersey trim, and we show the layout on a mockup before production.
Do you produce caps and socks?
Yes. Embroidered fitted and adjustable caps, plus stirrup and full-length socks, can be made in team colours. Caps are produced with a matching logo and crown colour to match the uniform.
Is twill or sublimation better?
Twill gives a classic, textured finish with long life, while sublimation offers lighter weight and full-colour graphics. Many teams use twill on home jerseys and sublimation for alternates.
How do youth sizes work?
Youth sizes are graded with shorter rise, lighter sleeves and body length to match smaller players. Please tell us the age range, and we will provide a size chart for coaches before you finalise sizes.
