Stretch fabrics for a sport of reach
Volleyball puts the body in extremes. Arms go overhead on every serve and spike, and players drop to the floor for digs. Jerseys must stretch with the reach and stay down at the waist, and shorts must stay in place without rolling. We select stretch polyester and poly-spandex fabrics that recover quickly and keep their shape through many sessions.
Standard jerseys have a short sleeve, cap sleeve or sleeveless cut, with a V-neck or crew neck. Women’s jerseys are cut with a fitted body and shaped armholes, while men’s jerseys have a roomier shape. Spandex shorts are available as a snug-fit short, a longer bike short, or a loose court short, all with flat seams and a wide waistband.
Every volleyball team also needs a libero, who must wear a contrasting colour. We design the libero jersey as part of the set, with the same pattern but different colours, so it stands out while the team still looks unified. Numbers, name positions and sponsors are planned across both kits at the start.

Made for diving and reaching
Four-way stretch
Fabric stretches in every direction and recovers quickly, so a jersey does not ride up on a serve or sag after a dive. Fit is secure without feeling restrictive during long matches.
Shorts that stay put
Spandex shorts use wide waistbands, flat seams and a silicone gripper on request, so they do not roll or ride up. Inseam options run from short to bike length, depending on preference.
Libero variants
Libero jerseys use a contrasting colour while sharing the main pattern. They can be ordered in a small quantity alongside the main kit, so both are ready for the first match.
Airflow and wicking
Mesh back panels and moisture-wicking knit keep players comfortable in a warm gym. Sleeveless and cap-sleeve options give extra ventilation while keeping a neat look.
Numbers, names and design
Send your colours, team size and any competition rules. We will return a mockup with jersey, shorts and libero kit, and a sample plan.
Front and back numbers
Volleyball uniforms normally carry numbers on the front and back. We size them for court visibility and follow federation guidance where it applies, and we ask you to confirm competition requirements when you inquire.
Player names
Names can be placed across the upper back above the number, or at the hem. For long names, we resize letters so they remain centred and readable from the sideline.
Sublimated team design
Side panels, gradients, geometric patterns and sleeve stripes can be printed in any colours. Because the print is in the fabric, there is no extra weight, and it does not crack with stretch.
Matching warm-ups
Jackets, pants and hoodies can be made in matching colours with the same artwork. Sets are produced in the same dye lot where possible, so they look right together.

Care & durability
Stretch fabric benefits from cool washing and air drying. Turn jerseys inside out, avoid fabric softener and skip high heat, which can wear elastane and affect shorts waistbands.
Four-way stretch knit and flat seams hold their shape through repeated play, and sublimation stays bright because it is part of the fabric. Gripper bands are stitched for lasting hold.

What shorts styles do you offer?
We make spandex bike shorts, snug short-length spandex and looser court shorts. Waistbands are wide and flat, and you can add silicone grip. We send a size chart so teams can choose a preferred length.
Can you make the libero jersey separately?
Yes. We create the libero kit in a contrasting colour using the same design language. It can be ordered in a small quantity and added to a main order, so the match set is complete.
Are there federation rules for numbers?
Many competitions specify number sizes and positions on the front and back. Please share them in your inquiry. We adjust sizes and positions on the mockup, so you can confirm before production.
Do you offer sleeveless jerseys?
Yes. Sleeveless, cap sleeve and short sleeve are all available. Sleeveless suits warm gyms and beach play, while short sleeves give a more traditional look. We can mix styles across a team.
How does sizing work for youth teams?
Youth sizes are graded for shorter bodies and smaller shoulders, with shorts adjusted for waist and rise. Share the age range, and we send a size chart that coaches can use before the order is finalised.
