A kit shaped by the crouch
Field hockey is played in a low stance, so the kit needs to work bent over. Shirts have a longer back so they stay tucked or covered. Skirts and skorts are cut with enough sweep for stride while staying put when the player leans forward. Shorts use a flat waistband that does not dig in when the body folds.
We make shirts from sublimated polyester mesh or interlock, in short-sleeve, sleeveless or long-sleeve versions. Skirts come as an A-line, pleated or wrap style, usually with built-in shorts. Skorts combine a skirt front with a short underneath, and plain shorts are available for teams that prefer them. All fabrics have stretch for mobility.
Goalkeepers wear a very different kit. It has a larger cut to fit over padding, extra protection on the elbows and thighs, and must differ in colour from both teams. We design the goalkeeper set to contrast with the outfield shirts, then match the trim and logo so it is clearly part of the team.

Kit made for low stances
Skirts that stay in place
Skirts have a wide waistband and built-in shorts with grip at the leg. They keep their position when players run and crouch, and the pleats are pressed in so the shape lasts through washing.
Longer back shirts
Shirts are cut longer behind, so they do not ride up when bent over. Side vents and mesh underarms help airflow, and collars can be V-neck, crew or short polo.
Goalkeeper options
Keeper smocks and pants have extra room for padding, with reinforced elbows and optional padding pockets. Colours contrast with both outfield strips so officials can identify the keeper easily.
Match socks
Long socks fit over shin guards, with team stripes or solid colours. They are knitted with a firm top that does not roll down, and are available in youth and adult lengths.
Numbers, names and finishing
Send your colours, crest and squad sizes, plus your goalkeeper needs. We will return a mockup and a clear timeline.
Shirt numbers
Numbers go on the back, and often the front. They are sublimated or heat pressed, in sizes that meet most competition guidance. Please send the rules of your league, and we match them on the mockup.
Player names
Names can sit above the back number or along the shoulders. For schools and clubs with long names, we scale letters to maintain even spacing and legibility.
Sublimated artwork
Gradients, panels, diagonals and brand patterns print into the fabric across shirts and skirts. This allows complete design freedom, and the artwork does not crack or fade with stretch.
Training and travel sets
Training tops, tracksuit jackets and travel hoodies can be made in matching artwork. We keep colour values on record, so new players receive kit that matches the existing squad.

Care & durability
Sublimated stretch fabric is easy to wash. Use cool water, turn pieces inside out, and hang to dry. Avoid heat and softeners, which affect stretch, and wash skirts with pleats gently to keep their shape.
Flat seams and reinforced waistbands reduce chafing and last through long seasons. Sublimated prints remain vivid because the dye is part of the fabric.

Do you offer skorts as well as skirts?
Yes. Skorts are offered with a skirt front over a short, and skirts with built-in shorts. Both are made from stretch fabric with a flat waistband. We can show both on a mockup so the team can vote.
How do goalkeeper kits differ?
Keeper kits are cut larger to fit over padding and often include a smock, pants and padded elbow pockets. Colours contrast with outfield shirts and the opposition, so officials can identify the keeper.
Can numbers be placed on skirts?
Some competitions require numbers on skirts or shorts as well as shirts. We can place small numbers on the skirt or hip, subject to your league rules, and show positions on the mockup.
What is the best fabric for outdoor play?
Polyester mesh or interlock works well outdoors, since it wicks sweat and dries quickly. For cooler seasons, a heavier interlock gives extra warmth, and long sleeves can be used.
Can we order juniors and seniors in one design?
Yes. Juniors and seniors can share artwork while using graded sizes. Mixed sizes are allowed in a single order, which helps clubs with several age groups.
