Cycling Kits Where Every Panel Is Engineered

Cycling kit is technical apparel, not a team shirt. BERMGOODS makes custom cycling jerseys, bib shorts, skinsuits and gilets with three rear pockets, full-length zips and silicone grippers, with full sublimation across every panel. Club and team orders start from 50 pieces.

Overview

Aerodynamic cut, club-wide identity

A cycling jersey is cut differently from every other team shirt. The front is shorter, the back is longer so it covers the lower back in a riding position, and the pattern is shaped to the body so fabric does not flap in wind. A full-length zip lets riders manage temperature, and three rear pockets hold food, tools and a jacket.

We make jerseys in lightweight stretch polyester, with a mesh or microfibre back panel for airflow. A silicone gripper at the hem holds the jersey down, and flat seams prevent chafing in long rides. Bib shorts use a stretch fabric with a multi-density chamois pad, bib straps and leg grippers. Skinsuits combine jersey and shorts in one piece for time trials.

Design is a main attraction. Because cycling kit is sublimated across seams, a design can wrap the body without breaks, and every panel is printed to a pattern. Clubs often add sponsors across the chest, back and sleeves, and these are positioned during the mockup stage, along with numbers for events.

Technical details for the saddle

Pocket and zip design

Three rear pockets are elasticated at the top and sized for food, a phone and a jacket. A full-length zip with a garage at the top keeps the neck comfortable and the zip clear of skin.

Breathable panels

Mesh sections on the sides and back help heat escape, while a smooth front panel reduces drag. Lightweight fabrics dry quickly, which helps in rain and hot climbs.

Silicone grippers

Hems and leg openings are finished with silicone grip, so the jersey does not ride up and shorts do not slide. Grippers are stitched flat to avoid irritation on long rides.

Bib shorts and pads

Bib shorts use elastic straps and a multi-density chamois pad, chosen for ride length. Cut is anatomical, with panels shaped to the leg, so comfort lasts over several hours.

Options

Design and branding options

Send your design ideas, sponsors and rider counts. We will return a mockup with panel layouts and a production timeline.

01

Full-panel sublimation

The whole jersey is a canvas. Gradients, geometric patterns, maps and wraparound graphics print in any colour and cross the seams without breaks, which is difficult with other methods.

02

Sponsor placements

Chest, sleeve, back and hem positions are planned in the mockup. We set logo sizes with your club and sponsors, so proportions are agreed before printing.

03

Reflective and safety details

Reflective trim, high-visibility panels and rear reflective tape add safety for commuters and winter riders. We place them at the back, sleeves and hem to avoid interfering with the design.

04

Names and rider numbers

Rider names can be added at the collar or sleeve, and event numbers can be sewn or pinned. For team time trials, we can include matching skinsuits for each rider.

Buyers

Who orders this

Cycling is a sport of clubs, teams and sponsors, and kit is a primary identity item. Buyers want technical quality, a good fit, and a design that stands out in a bunch.

  • Cycling clubs ordering annual kit for members
  • Race teams and sponsors needing branded jerseys
  • Charity ride organisers producing event jerseys
  • Bike shops creating private-label kit lines
  • Corporate and cycle-to-work groups wanting branded gear
Durability

Care & durability

Cycling fabrics are easy to care for. Wash at a low temperature, zip jerseys up, turn pieces inside out and hang to dry. Avoid softeners and high heat, which can degrade chamois pads and elastic grippers.

Flat seams, strong stitching and quality elastic keep cycling kit in shape through many washes. Sublimated colours stay vivid and do not crack, which matters for a design that is worn in sun, rain and sweat.

FAQ

Cycling kit questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.

We offer race fit, which is close and aerodynamic, club fit, which is slightly looser, and relaxed fit for casual riders. Please tell us your riders and we will send size charts so each member can choose.

Yes. We offer pads suited to short, medium and long rides, with different densities. We advise on the pad based on the riding you do, and send details alongside a sample.

Three pockets sit across the lower back, each with an elastic opening. Pockets can include a zip pocket for valuables. We size them to hold typical ride supplies without sagging when full.

Yes. Skinsuits suit time trials and triathlon, while gilets and wind jackets suit cooler rides. They can be produced in matching artwork, so a team has a full set of items.

Sublimated sponsors are permanent, so plan the layout early. For sponsors that change, we can leave space for heat-transfer logos, which can be replaced without remaking the whole kit.
