Competition looks with practical engineering
Cheer uniforms are judged and photographed, and they are also physically tested. Stunts put bases and flyers in contact, jumps and tumbling stretch every seam, and a uniform that shifts or rips can cost a squad points and confidence. We choose strong four-way stretch fabrics, and add stitching and hem details that keep the uniform in place.
A standard set includes a shell top, a skirt with built-in briefs, and optional shorts. Shells come sleeveless, short sleeve or long sleeve, with crew, V-neck or halter shapes. Skirts are pleated, A-line or flared, with a stretch yoke that holds at the waist. Briefs are lined for comfort, and can match or contrast with the skirt.
Sublimation prints the main design across fabrics, with gradient fades, geometric panels, glitter-effect patterns and mascot art. Rhinestones and foil then add sparkle where it counts, along the neckline, the waist or across the chest. We plan stone placement so it does not interfere with stunt grips, and we test adhesion on stretch fabric.

Secure waist and skirt
Skirts have a stretch yoke and a wide waistband that stays put through jumps and tumbling. Inner briefs are sewn in with soft leg gripper bands, and the hem is weighted for a clean sweep.
Rhinestones and foil
Stones can trace necklines, panels and logos, and foil adds a metallic accent. We place stones away from grip zones, and test adhesion on stretch fabric to prevent loss during practice.
Four-way stretch
Shells stretch in every direction and recover quickly, so they do not ride up in a stunt or sag after a tumble. Seams are flat and strong to resist stress.
Bows, warm-ups and extras
Bows, hair accessories, briefs, tracksuits and jackets can be made in matching colours and prints. Squads then arrive, warm up and compete in one coordinated look.

Sublimated artwork
Full-body sublimation lets your squad choose gradients, patterns and illustrations without extra weight. Colours are bright and do not crack with stretch, even through heavy practice.
Names, numbers and initials
Athlete names and initials can sit on the warm-up jacket, with small numbers on the skirt or shell. We keep them clear of stone areas and stunt grips.
Gym and sponsor logos
Gym logos, school crests and sponsors can be sublimated, heat transferred or embroidered. We agree positions in the mockup, so the front stays balanced and readable from a distance.
Level-based looks
Gyms with several levels can share design elements while changing colours or trim for each team. We can produce them in one run, which keeps matching and ordering simple.

Care & durability
Wash cheer uniforms in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle, and hang to dry. Avoid dryers, heat and bleach, which can loosen stones and weaken stretch. Spot clean stones carefully with a soft cloth.
Four-way stretch, flat seams and reinforced waists help uniforms survive heavy practice. Sublimated colours remain bright because the dye is in the fabric.

Do rhinestones stay on through stunts?
We test adhesion on the fabric and place stones away from grip zones. Stones can still loosen with rough use, so we advise on placement and send spares. Careful washing also helps them last.
Can each level have its own look?
Yes. Gyms often share a base design and change colours or trim by level. We can produce all levels in one run, with matching artwork, so ordering and delivery stay simple.
What stretch fabric works best?
Four-way stretch polyester or poly-spandex works well. It recovers quickly, handles stunts and holds sublimated colour. We send swatches so coaches and athletes can feel the weight and stretch.
How are youth and adult sizes handled?
Sizes run from youth to adult, with graded patterns for each. Please send a size list, and we can include a measurement guide so each athlete is fitted correctly before production.
Can we get matching warm-ups and bows?
Yes. Warm-up jackets, pants, briefs and bows can be made in matching colours and artwork. Ordering together keeps colours consistent across the full squad set.
