Every Player Named, Numbered and Sized in One Order
A team order is really many small orders in one: twenty different names, numbers and sizes on identical kit. We run personalization from a single roster spreadsheet, apply sponsor logos in consistent positions and check each garment against your list. Clubs, schools and leagues can order from 50 pieces.
- Roster-driven production
- Names, numbers and sponsor logos
- Heat press, twill or sublimated
- Consistent placement across sizes
How roster-based production works
You send a spreadsheet listing each player, with name, number, size and any position or captain markers. We build a production sheet from it, create a proof showing front, back and sleeve layouts, and only start once you sign off. Every garment is tied to a row on the sheet, so mistakes are caught early.
Personalization method depends on the garment and budget. Heat-applied vinyl or DTF transfers suit cotton and polyester training kit. Tackle twill gives a layered fabric look for jerseys. Sublimation prints names and numbers into white polyester kit. Embroidery works for polos and jackets, and screen printing handles bulk numbers on matching tees.
Placement rules matter. Back numbers usually sit 5 to 7 cm below the collar seam, with names arched above in a smaller size. Chest numbers sit left or centre depending on league rules, and sponsor logos follow a fixed grid. We scale each element by garment size so a youth small and an adult XXL both look correct.
Personalization options for team kit
Names and numbers
Back names, back numbers and chest numbers in set fonts, sizes and colours. Many leagues specify legibility rules, so tell us your requirements and we will match number height and contrast.
Sponsor logo placement
Sponsor marks go on chest, sleeve or back panel in agreed positions. We prepare vector artwork for each, and can print or embroider separate logos on the same garment in matching colours.
Mixed-size rosters
Players range from youth to adult sizes within one order. We scale elements to each size band while keeping spacing consistent, so the whole squad looks uniform in team photos.
Late additions and reorders
Clubs add players during a season. We store your roster and artwork files, so new names and numbers can be matched to existing kit without redoing the artwork or guessing at font and colour.
How we keep team orders accurate
Roster-checked production
Every garment is matched to a roster line, and we check name spelling, number and size at pressing. Corrections are made before packing, not after delivery.
Number and font standards
Choose from block, athletic and custom fonts. We keep stroke widths and number heights consistent so legibility rules for your league are met across all sizes.
Layout proofs for approval
You see a visual proof of front, back and sleeves, showing sponsor placement, name arch and number size, so no one is surprised when kit arrives.
Sorted and packed by player
Garments can be bagged and labelled per player or grouped by size, so the coach or manager can hand out kit quickly after delivery.
Personalization details
Send your roster, garment list and sponsor logos. We will recommend methods, prepare layout proofs and quote the full programme.
Fonts and number styles
Select block collegiate, rounded sport or custom fonts, with outline or solid fills. Number height is typically 20 to 25 cm on adult backs and smaller on youth.
Sponsor logo handling
Send vector logos and brand colours. We prepare one-colour and full-colour versions, and advise on minimum sizes so thin lines and small text remain readable on kit.
Colour and contrast
Use contrasting colours for numbers so they read from a distance. Outline numbers help on mid-tone kit. We provide swatches to help you check contrast before approval.
Method per garment
Jerseys, training tops, warm-up jackets and hoodies may each use a different method. We assign the best method to each garment type within the same programme.
Which personalization method to pick
Choose heat-applied vinyl or DTF for flexible, low-cost names and numbers on training kit. Choose tackle twill for a premium, durable jersey with layered lettering that suits football, basketball and varsity looks. Choose sublimation when the whole kit is white polyester and you want a seamless finish.
Choose embroidery for polos, jackets and warm-up gear. Names added after production are easiest with heat-applied options, while twill and embroidery are better planned in advance. Tell us your sport, budget and fabric, and we will map a method to each garment type.
Who orders this
Team personalization suits organisers who need dozens of garments to look identical yet carry individual details. It saves time for managers and removes risk of mismatched names and sizes.
- Amateur and semi-professional football and rugby clubs
- School sports departments outfitting multiple squads
- Corporate sports days and league tournaments
- Youth leagues needing wide size ranges in one order
- Esports and community teams ordering matching jerseys
Care & durability
Wash personalised kit inside out on a cool cycle and avoid high heat. Heat-applied names and numbers should not be ironed directly. Tackle twill and sublimation withstand repeated washing better than basic vinyl.
Keep a spare set of names and numbers if players are likely to change. We store your artwork so replacements match the original.
Team order questions answered
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
How do I send my roster?
Provide a spreadsheet with player name, number, size and any extras. We will convert it into a production sheet and send it back for confirmation. Double-check spellings, because we apply exactly what is on the approved list.
Can you add sponsor logos to the kit?
Yes. Send vector logos and tell us where each should sit, such as chest, sleeve or back. We scale logos by garment size and show placement on a proof, so sponsors can approve before production begins.
What is the minimum for team orders?
Most team garments start at 50 pieces in total, with personalised names and numbers varying within the order. Smaller squads can sometimes be combined with training kit to reach the minimum. Ask us and we will advise.
Can I add a player after production?
Often yes, using heat-applied names and numbers, since we keep your artwork and font files. Twill and sublimated kit are harder to alter, so plan those carefully or order a few spare blanks with the first run.
Which method is best for jerseys?
Tackle twill gives a classic layered look on football, basketball and varsity shirts. Sublimation suits full polyester kit. Heat-applied vinyl or DTF is the most economical for training wear. We will recommend one after reviewing the design and budget.
