Ordering

Most styles start at 50 pieces per design. Print-on-demand starts at one piece. Some complex products, such as insulated jackets, may carry higher minimums. Your quote will state the exact minimum for each style before you commit.

Yes. Sizes can be split freely within an order. Colours can be mixed too, though minimums usually apply per colour and per design, so splitting a small order across many colours may raise the cost per piece.

Yes. Print-on-demand starts at a single piece and suits brands testing designs or selling small volumes. Garment choice is a little narrower than bulk, and your account manager will explain which blanks and decoration methods are available.

Often, yes. Send a reference garment, sketch or tech pack and we will advise on feasibility, fabric and cost. Our private label service is designed for custom patterns and developed styles, and we will tell you plainly if something is impractical.

02

Design

Yes, free of charge. We prepare a digital mockup from your artwork or brief and revise it until you are happy. Mockups show placement and scale, and they are not a substitute for a physical sample.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are best. High-resolution PNG files work for many print methods. If you only have a low-resolution image, our designers can often recreate it as clean vector artwork.

It depends on your artwork, fabric and quantity. Screen printing suits larger runs with limited colours, DTF suits detailed multi-colour designs, and embroidery suits logos on caps and heavier fabrics. We recommend the best fit when we quote.

Yes. We offer woven and printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags and branded packaging. Share your label artwork and preferred placement, and we will confirm options and minimums for your order.

03

Samples

For first orders, we recommend it strongly. A physical sample lets you check fabric, fit, colour and decoration before bulk begins. Repeat orders of approved styles can often skip this step.

Timing depends on complexity. A simple decorated blank is faster than a developed style with custom pattern work. Your account manager will give you a sample timeline with your quote, and revisions are handled as quickly as possible.

Mockups are free. Sample charges, where they apply, are stated in your quote before we start, so there are no surprises. Your account manager can explain how sample costs are handled for your project.

04

Production

Bulk orders typically take 10 to 15 working days after you approve the sample. Shipping is additional. If you have a fixed event date, tell us at the start and we will plan the schedule backwards from it.

Yes. Screen printing, puff print, DTF, embroidery, patchwork, rhinestones, sublimation, tackle twill, labels and patches are carried out by our own team, which keeps quality and timelines under our control.

We tell you as soon as a delay becomes likely and offer options, such as partial shipment or a faster freight method. Our target is 100% on-time dispatch, and we plan production to protect it.

05

Shipping

Yes. We ship to brands, clubs and warehouses worldwide with tracked delivery. Your quote states the method and estimated transit time. Import duties and taxes depend on your country and are payable by the buyer.

Yes. We can fold, bag and label garments by size or style, and carton them for retail shelves or for distribution to team members. Tell us your packing requirement when you send the inquiry.
