What to include in your request
The more precise your brief, the more accurate your quote. If you are not sure about an item, send what you have and we will help fill the gaps.
Quantity
Tell us how many pieces of each style you want. Most styles start at 50 pieces, and print-on-demand starts at one.
Sizes
Give an exact size split, or a rough percentage per size. We can suggest a typical distribution for your market.
Decoration
Name your preferred method and placement, such as screen print on chest or embroidery on sleeve. If unsure, ask us.
Artwork
Attach vector files if you have them, or clear images. Our designers will prepare files and mockups free of charge.
Deadline
Share the date you need the goods and the delivery country, so we can plan production and freight backwards from it.
What you will receive
Your account manager will send a written quote covering unit price, decoration, sample arrangements, lead time and shipping method. You will also receive a digital mockup showing placement and scale.
Bulk lead time is 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. If your deadline is tight, we will tell you what is realistic and suggest options.

A few small details make a big difference to turnaround:
- Include fabric weight or style preferences if you have them
- Mention any reference garment you want us to match
- State whether you need custom labels or packaging
- Tell us if the order is a repeat of a previous one
