Test with a sample pack
Order a small sample set to run through your presses or heat equipment. Check shrinkage, ink hold and sizing against your own standards, and tell us what to adjust.
Confirm and produce
After approval we start the bulk order, with inspection at cutting, sewing and finishing. Lead time for bulk is typically 10 to 15 working days.
Pack and ship
Garments are packed by size and colour to your instructions and shipped worldwide with tracking. Reorders reuse the same specs, so the next batch matches the last.
From plain blank to private label
Most blank customers decorate in their own shop, but we can add the finishing touches before the garment reaches you. Custom woven labels, printed neck labels and hang tags turn a blank into a branded product, and screen printing, DTF or embroidery can be applied here if you prefer to outsource part of the run.

What is the minimum order for blanks?
Most blank styles start at 50 pieces per style and colour. For testing, we can often supply a small sample pack so you can check fabric and sizing on your own equipment before placing a bulk order. Ask for details on the style you need.
Can I get blanks without any labels?
Yes. Many decorators prefer tagless or plain-neck blanks so they can add their own branding. We can also add your woven or printed label if you plan to resell. Tell us which neck finish you want when you request your quote.
Do your blanks shrink?
We pre-treat fabric where needed and control shrinkage within tight tolerances, but cotton always moves a little in the first wash. Our spec sheets list expected shrinkage, and a sample pack lets you test against your own wash and heat-press process.
Can you match a specific colour?
Custom dye matching is possible. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we will arrange a lab dip for approval. Bulk dyeing begins after you sign off, and we keep records so repeat orders stay as close as possible.
Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes, many styles can be made in extended size runs from XS up to 5XL on request. Extended grading may affect minimums or lead times slightly, so include your size breakdown when you request a quote and we will confirm.
Can blanks become my private label later?
Yes. Once you settle on a fit, we can attach your label, hang tags and packaging to the same pattern. You keep the fit your customers already know while turning a plain garment into a branded product with your own identity.
