A dependable base for your own decoration
A blank is only useful if it behaves the same every time. Print shops lose money when a new batch shrinks differently, takes ink differently or arrives a size off. We aim to remove that variation by controlling fabric, pattern and finishing at the source.
We offer three standard weights. A 320 GSM midweight suits year-round wear and lower budgets. A 380 GSM mid-heavy gives a premium feel at a sensible price. A 450 GSM heavyweight is the benchmark for streetwear, with a dense hand and structured drape.
Every blank can be left plain or finished with your own woven neck label, printed inner tag and hang tag, which turns it into a private label product with no decoration at all. Blanks can also be dyed to your colour reference, or garment dyed for a soft, washed look.

Measurements are held within a tolerance of about 1 cm on key points. Reorders use the same pattern, so your size chart works across seasons and your returns stay low.
Print-ready fabric
Fleece is pre-shrunk and brushed on a consistent line, giving a flat, even face for screen print, DTG and DTF. Lint and surface fuzz are kept under control to protect ink adhesion.
Label-ready construction
We can sew your woven label into the neck seam or print an inner tag, so the hoodie leaves the factory as your brand. No relabelling or unpicking is needed on your side.
Custom colour dyeing
Send a Pantone or swatch and we dye to match. Dyed colours are checked against a sample under standard light before the batch is cut, which avoids shade surprises.

Care & durability
Blank hoodies are pre-shrunk and built to last through repeated washing. Wash at 30 to 40 degrees, inside out, and avoid high-heat drying. Fleece may pill slightly in the first weeks, which brushing and a gentle wash cycle reduce.
Reinforced neck tape, double-needle hems and flatlock seams help resist stretching and splitting. Dyed colours are tested for rubbing and wash fastness before we ship.

Can I buy blanks without any labels?
Yes. We can supply hoodies with a plain neck tape and a standard size label, or fully label-free if you prefer. Neck-label sewing can also be added at the factory, which saves rework on your side.
How consistent is shade between batches?
We keep recipes and reference swatches for every custom colour and check each batch against them under standard lighting. Slight variation is possible between dye lots, so we recommend ordering your full quantity at once.
Do you offer stock colours for faster delivery?
We keep selected core colours in stock fabric, which shortens lead time. Ask your account manager for the current list. Custom colours need dyeing and extra time, typically within the standard 10 to 15 day window.
What are the options for a heavyweight hoodie?
Our 450 GSM fleece uses a dense loopback with a double-layer hood, ribbed trims and a boxy pattern. It suits premium streetwear and cold-climate wear. A sample is available so you can judge it by hand.
Can I order mixed sizes in one colour?
Yes. The 50 piece minimum applies per colour, and you can split it across your size run. We recommend a size curve based on your market, and can advise one if you have no sales data yet.
