Realistic print areas
Narrow chests need considered artwork. We supply print templates by size and check scale on the mockup, so graphics do not run into the armholes.

Heat transfer on performance blends
DTF and heat transfer suit polyester and blends where conventional plastisol can struggle. Cure temperature is lower, which protects stretch and avoids scorching.
Embroidery on small areas
Small left-chest logos can be stitched on mid-weight cotton tanks with a light stabiliser. Dense designs on thin fabric will pucker, so we advise limits at sampling.
Labels and branding
Printed inner neck labels remove scratchy tags, which is a key comfort point on sleeveless tops. Hang tags and woven side labels add a retail finish.

Care & durability
Tank tops are made to be washed often. Wash at 30 degrees, inside out, and avoid hot dryers that can shrink light cotton or damage performance fibres. Hang dry where possible for the longest life.

Which fabric is best for gym tank tops?
Polyester or poly-cotton blends wick sweat and dry fast, so they suit training. Cotton feels softer for casual wear. We can also offer cotton-rich blends with some stretch for a compromise between comfort and performance.
What is the difference between a singlet and a muscle tank?
A singlet has narrow straps and a deeper cut, often in a lighter fabric. A muscle tank has wide cut-off armholes with a more relaxed shape. Racerbacks narrow at the back. We can sample each cut.
How large can I print on a tank top?
Print width is limited by the narrow chest and armholes. A typical maximum is about 25 to 30 cm wide on adult sizes, depending on cut. We confirm size and placement on your mockup before production.
Does embroidery work on thin tank fabric?
Small, light designs work on mid-weight cotton with a soft stabiliser. Dense embroidery on very thin jersey may pucker. We recommend printing for larger designs, and test embroidery on a sample first.
When should I order for summer?
Start sampling 8 to 10 weeks before your launch. Bulk takes 10 to 15 working days, plus shipping, so sample approval and artwork should be finished early. Late orders risk missing the peak season.
