Overview

Small items that carry a big share of the brand

Accessories sell differently from clothing. There is no size chart to argue over, the price point is lower, and a good one gets worn constantly. A beanie on a commuter or a cap at a match advertises your name far more often than a hoodie stuck in a wardrobe.

That is why merch managers and team coordinators add accessories to almost every order. BERMGOODS makes six styles: beanies, neck gaiters, balaclavas, hats, caps and socks. We can produce them alone, or alongside hoodies, tees and team kits so the whole drop shares one colour palette and one delivery date.

Each style needs its own construction skills, from knitting jacquard patterns to shaping structured crowns and weaving logos into sock cuffs. Our team handles that detail, then confirms the final look with a pre-production sample before bulk starts.

Why buyers choose us

What sets our accessories apart

Easy merch add-ons

Add a beanie or a pair of socks to a hoodie order without opening a separate project. One quote, one account manager and one shipment keep the whole collection consistent and simple to manage.

Matched colours across items

We dye and source yarn and fabric to match your garment palette, so a cap, a scarf-style gaiter and a hoodie in the same colourway look like they belong together when styled as a set.

Logo methods that fit

Embroidery, woven labels, jacquard knitting, rubber patches and sublimation each suit different accessories. We recommend the one that stays crisp on your chosen item and holds up through repeat wear.

Sized for teams

Team and club orders need uniform quantities and reliable repeat supply. We keep your specs on file so you can top up numbers each season without changing the look.

Retail-ready packing

Request hang tags, polybags, header cards or paired packing for socks. We pack for retail shelves, event handouts or bulk shipment, depending on how you plan to sell or distribute.

Global shipping

Accessories ship lightweight and compact, which keeps freight costs manageable. We send worldwide with tracking and provide carton details in advance so your warehouse or event team can plan.

Styles

Accessory styles

Six accessory types cover most cold-weather, sport and streetwear needs. Each page explains materials, sizing and decoration options for that style, so you can choose the right mix for your audience before sending an inquiry.

Knit beanies in acrylic, cotton or wool blends, with cuffed or slouch shapes. Add embroidered logos, woven labels or jacquard patterns to give your brand a visible spot on cold-weather merch.

Seamless or sewn tubular gaiters in stretch fabric. Full-surface sublimation prints allow all-over artwork, making them popular for cycling clubs, running events and outdoor sponsors.

Close-fitting face and neck coverings in fleece or knit, for ski, motorbike and streetwear use. Embroidered or printed branding sits on the forehead or cheek without affecting comfort.

Bucket hats, sun hats and other brimmed styles in cotton, twill and nylon. Wide panels give space for embroidery or print, and we can add custom labels inside the crown.

Baseball and snapback caps with structured or unstructured crowns. Flat 3D embroidery, woven patches and leather labels make caps a strong core item for team and streetwear collections.

Crew, ankle and sport socks with knitted-in logos, custom cuffs and team colours. Branding is built into the knit, so it will not crack or peel the way applied prints sometimes do.

How it works

Getting accessories made

01

Pick the pieces

Choose the accessory types you want, then send logos, colours and target quantities. If you are adding to a clothing order, mention it so we can align colours and delivery dates.

02

Review mockups

We prepare free mockups showing logo size, placement and colour. For knit items such as socks and beanies, we also confirm pattern, yarn and gauge so the result matches expectations.

03

Approve a sample

A pre-production sample is made before bulk. You check fit, stretch, colour and logo clarity, then approve changes in writing so the production run follows exactly what you signed off.

04

Produce and ship

Bulk runs in 10 to 15 working days. We pack to your needs, including retail packaging or event bundles, and send worldwide with tracking and carton details in advance.

Branding options by accessory

Every accessory takes branding differently. Embroidery is the standard for caps and hats, while beanies and socks often use knitted-in logos or woven labels. Neck gaiters suit sublimation printing for all-over artwork, and custom patches in woven, rubber or leather can finish caps and beanies.

We also add custom labels and tags, from inside-crown labels on hats to printed cuffs on socks. If you are unsure which method will survive heavy wear, tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend the most durable option.

FAQ

Accessories questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.

Most accessory styles start at 50 pieces per design. Some knitted items such as custom-patterned socks or jacquard beanies may have a higher minimum because they require machine setup. We confirm the exact figure in your quote based on the style and decoration you choose.

Yes, and it is common. Adding a beanie, cap or socks to a hoodie or tee order keeps your colours matched and your delivery date aligned. One account manager handles the full project, so you only have a single set of approvals.

Logos on socks are usually knitted into the fabric, which gives a durable result that will not peel or crack. We can also use custom cuff colours and woven toe or heel details. Complex multi-colour designs may affect minimums and lead time.

Structured six-panel caps in cotton twill give the cleanest results for flat and 3D embroidery. Unstructured dad hats work well for smaller logos. Tell us the cap style and logo size and we will advise on stitch density and placement.

Yes. Neck gaiters in polyester or stretch blends suit full-surface sublimation, which allows continuous artwork without seams cutting through the design. We provide a template and a mockup so you can check how the pattern wraps before sampling.

Bulk accessory orders usually take 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. Knitted items with custom patterns may sit at the longer end. Your quote will confirm timing, and your account manager will warn you early if anything affects the schedule.

Add accessories to your next order

Tell us which items you want, your logo files and your target quantities. We will send a mockup, a quote and a timeline, and match colours across your whole collection so everything arrives together.
