Who we are

BERMGOODS is a B2B custom apparel manufacturer. We make blanks and fully decorated garments, and we also operate as a print-on-demand and private-label partner for brands that want to sell under their own name without running a factory.

Our team is made up of pattern makers, sewers, print technicians, embroiderers and account managers who have spent years in garment production. That experience shows up in small decisions, such as choosing the right needle for a knit, or warning a customer that a thin line will fill in on a heavy fabric.

We are not a marketplace and we do not broker orders to unknown third parties. The garments you approve are made by our own team, under our own quality checks.

What we make

Our range covers hoodies and sweatshirts, blank basics, tees and tops, tracksuits and sets, jackets and vests, bottoms, team sportswear and accessories. Most styles can be produced as plain blanks or fully customized with your fabric, fit, trims and decoration.

Because we handle production end to end, we can offer a single point of contact for an entire collection. A streetwear brand can order hoodies, tees, joggers and beanies in one project, with matching labels and consistent colours across every piece.

Custom garments

Cut and sewn to your specification, with fabric weight, fit and finishing agreed before bulk.

Blanks at volume

Consistent plain garments for print shops and brands who decorate on their own lines.

Team kits

Complete uniforms with names, numbers and crests applied across a full squad.

How we work with customers

Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager. That person prepares your quote, coordinates mockups, manages the sample, and stays in contact through production and shipping. You should never need to repeat yourself to a new person.

We keep minimums low, with most styles starting at 50 pieces and print-on-demand from one piece, because we know new brands need room to test. We also encourage reorders in smaller, more frequent batches once you know what sells.

Our standard lead time for bulk orders is 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. Where a deadline is tight, we tell you what is realistic at the quoting stage, not after the order is in production.

Our values

We hold ourselves to a few simple principles, and we use them when we make decisions about customers, suppliers and staff.

Plain communication

We explain options and limits clearly, including when a cheaper or simpler method will serve you better than the one you asked for.

Reliable timelines

We aim for 100% on-time dispatch and plan production around your dates, not just our own capacity.

Care about the details

Stitch density, print registration, seam finish and fold are checked, because buyers notice them even when customers do not say so.

Ethical production

We operate an ethical factory where people are treated fairly, because skilled, settled teams make better garments.

Who we work with

Our customers include clothing brands and streetwear startups, print shops that need dependable blanks, sports teams and clubs, schools, corporate buyers, event organizers and creative agencies.

The needs are different, but the questions are similar: Can you match this colour? Can you hit this date? Will the second order look like the first? We build our sampling, inspection and record-keeping to give a confident yes to each of these.

Brands and startups

Low minimums, free mockups and flexible reorders for new and growing labels.

Schools and clubs

Uniforms, hoodies and kits with clear roster handling and dependable delivery.

Corporate and events

Branded apparel for teams, staff and events, produced to a firm deadline.

Where we are headed

We want to be the supplier that brands keep for years, not the one they leave after a single order. That means investing in better sampling, tighter inspection records and clearer order tracking, so each reorder is easier than the last.

We also want to keep helping smaller customers grow. A founder who starts with 50 hoodies today may need 2,000 pieces across five categories in two years, and we plan our capacity and relationships with that journey in mind.

Our approach to quality

Quality starts before the first cut. We confirm fabric, check artwork, produce a pre-production sample and then lock the specification. During production we inspect at cutting, sewing, decoration and packing stages.

If something does not meet the agreed standard, we tell you and put it right. Our quality guarantee page explains exactly how that works, including what to do if you receive a problem garment.

Start a conversation

If you are comparing manufacturers, send us a brief and judge us on how we respond. We will ask sensible questions, give straight answers and give you a realistic quote and timeline. If we are not the right fit for a project, we will tell you that too.
