Long Sleeve Tees With Sleeve Prints That Stay Sharp
Long sleeve shirts give you two extra decoration zones and a layering piece that sells across seasons. We build them on 200 to 260 GSM cotton with ribbed or hemmed cuffs, and print sleeves flat before assembly where the design needs it. Order from 50 pieces.
- Two extra sleeve print zones
- 200 to 260 GSM cotton jersey
- Rib cuff or open hem options
- Private label from 50 pcs
A tee with more canvas and more seasons
A long sleeve tee extends a brand’s selling calendar. It works as a spring or autumn piece on its own and as a base layer in winter. For decoration, it adds two sleeve zones to the usual chest and back, which is why many streetwear labels use sleeve prints as a signature element.
We offer 200 GSM combed cotton for a lighter, softer layer and 240 to 260 GSM for a heavier, structured shirt. Sleeve length is cut to your spec, with standard styles around 62 to 66 cm in a medium, and cuffs come as 1×1 rib, 2×2 rib or a clean coverstitch hem.
Sleeve printing needs planning. For large or complex sleeve designs we print the panels flat before the sleeve is sewn, which gives accurate registration and avoids stretching a seam. For simple logos or text, we can print the finished garment with a sleeve platen. Our team chooses the method that suits your artwork.

Construction that suits longer sleeves
Accurate sleeve length
Sleeve length is graded by size and checked against a spec sheet. That prevents the common retail complaint where larger sizes fit the chest but leave sleeves too short.
Rib cuffs that recover
A 1×1 or 2×2 rib cuff, often 5 to 7 cm long, keeps its shape and holds sleeves in place when pushed up. We use rib with a small percentage of elastane for better recovery.
Flat-printed sleeve panels
Printing the sleeve before assembly gives crisp registration for long vertical designs, text runs and graphics that wrap. It takes slightly more time but looks cleaner on the finished shirt.
Shoulder and neck stability
Taped shoulder seams and a stable neck rib help the shirt hold its structure under the weight of long sleeves. This is particularly important on heavier 260 GSM styles.

Sleeve text and logo runs
Vertical text running down the arm is a staple. We position it from the shoulder seam and check alignment on a sample, since arm movement shifts how the text reads when worn.
Cuff and wrist details
A small print or embroidered logo near the cuff gives a subtle branded detail. We keep decoration clear of the rib edge so it does not distort when the cuff stretches.
Back and chest graphics
Long sleeves have the same body zones as a short sleeve tee, so large back graphics work well. Heavy cotton supports puff and plastisol, while lighter jersey suits water-based prints and DTG.
Embroidery and labels
Small chest or sleeve embroidery pairs nicely with a woven neck label. On lighter shirts we use a lighter stitch density, and on heavy shirts we can support larger embroidered marks.
Who orders this
Long sleeve shirts have broad appeal. Brands use them for seasonal capsules, teams as training layers, and companies as branded work or event wear. Buyers like the extra print space and the longer selling season compared with short-sleeve basics.
- Streetwear brands releasing sleeve-print graphic tees
- Sports clubs ordering training and warm-up base layers
- Corporate buyers outfitting staff with branded layering pieces
- Schools and universities adding long sleeves to uniform ranges
- Merchandise teams extending tour and event ranges into colder months
Care & durability
Wash cold and tumble dry low. Turn the shirt inside out to protect sleeve prints, which can rub against the body of the shirt in the machine. Avoid ironing directly over decoration.
Rib cuffs and coverstitched hems are designed for repeated stretching. Cotton jersey softens with washing, and printed sleeves hold their definition when cared for gently.
Long sleeve questions, answered
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
Can you print down the full length of the sleeve?
Yes. We print sleeve panels flat before sewing for long designs, or use a sleeve platen on the finished shirt for shorter prints. Maximum length depends on size, and we confirm placement in a mockup.
What cuff options are available?
Standard choices are 1×1 rib, 2×2 rib and a plain coverstitch hem. Rib gives a snug hold and is the most popular. A hemmed cuff gives a relaxed, casual look and suits oversized styles.
Which weight should I choose?
For a light layer, go with 200 GSM combed cotton. For a structured, premium feel choose 240 to 260 GSM. If the shirt will be worn under jackets or sweaters, the lighter weight is more comfortable.
Do sleeve prints affect fit or stretch?
Printed areas are slightly less stretchy than bare fabric, so we keep decoration flexible. Water-based inks and DTG are very soft, while plastisol and puff are firmer. We advise on method for your design.
Can I order oversized or drop shoulder long sleeves?
Yes. Drop shoulder and oversized patterns are available, with extra-long sleeves where required. Give us a reference garment or measurements and we will build a sample to match the length and proportions.
