Graphic Tees Built Around Your Artwork, Not a Template
A graphic tee is only as good as how the print sits on the shirt. We choose the decoration method by artwork, quantity and fabric, then proof placement before anything runs. Blanks range from 180 to 220 GSM cotton, with orders from 50 pieces and free mockups.
- Method matched to artwork
- 180 to 220 GSM cotton blanks
- Placement proofed in mockups
- Merch-ready from 50 pcs
Choosing the right method for the graphic
Most graphic tee problems come from using the wrong decoration method. A one-colour logo in 500 pieces is cheapest and cleanest as a screen print. A photo with gradients belongs in DTG or DTF. A bold two-colour slogan may suit water-based ink for a soft, vintage feel. We recommend by design, not by what is easiest for us.
The blank sets the tone. We stock a core 180 GSM combed ringspun cotton for a light, soft tee, a 200 GSM standard weight for everyday merch, and a 220 GSM heavier option for a premium look. Each takes print differently, and we match ink type to the surface so the finished graphic looks deliberate.
Our mockup team checks resolution, safe areas and colour separation before approval. We also catch common issues such as artwork placed too low on the chest, text too close to the seam or colours that disappear on the chosen shirt colour. That review is free and happens before any production cost.

What goes into a good graphic tee
Placement that works
We measure placement from the collar seam and centre line, using standard positions such as 7 to 10 cm below the neck for chest prints. Consistent placement across sizes makes the whole run look professional.
Colour separation expertise
We separate artwork cleanly for screen printing and check Pantone colours for brand accuracy. For DTG and DTF, we adjust profiles so skin tones, shadows and gradients reproduce faithfully.
Blanks that print well
Smooth combed cotton gives clean edges and even ink coverage. We avoid slubby or loose-knit fabrics for fine detail, because they break up small text and halftones.
Merch-ready finishing
Neck labels, woven tags, hang tags and polybag stickers can all be added so shirts arrive ready to ship to your customers or to be put on shelves.
Decoration choices for graphic tees
Send your artwork, preferred shirt colours and quantities. We will respond with a quote, a free mockup and a method recommendation. Minimums start at 50 pieces per style and colour.
Screen print
Best for runs of 100 or more with limited colours. Plastisol gives vivid opacity, while water-based ink is softer. Each colour needs its own screen, so cost drops as quantity grows and colour count falls.
DTG and DTF
Ideal for full-colour artwork and smaller runs. DTG suits cotton with a soft hand, and DTF handles blends and multiple placements. Both avoid per-colour setup, making them practical for test drops.
Puff and specialty inks
Puff, metallic, glow and high-density inks add texture to selected elements. We recommend using them sparingly, on a key logo or lettering, with flat ink for the rest of the design.
Hybrid builds
Combine methods on one shirt, such as a screen-printed back graphic and embroidered chest logo. We plan the layers together so weight, hand and placement stay balanced.
Who orders this
Graphic tees are the most flexible product we make, and the widest range of buyers order them. What they share is a need for consistent print quality at a realistic minimum, delivered on schedule with a clear approval step.
- Clothing brands producing seasonal graphic collections
- Print shops outsourcing production for their own customers
- Event organizers needing branded tees for attendees and staff
- Bands, creators and influencers selling fan merchandise
- Agencies sourcing promotional tees for client campaigns
Care & durability
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can break down print over time. Do not iron directly on the print.
Well-cured screen prints and DTG prints on quality cotton last many wash cycles with gradual, natural fading. Heavier blanks resist stretching at the neck, which keeps the graphic sitting correctly.
Graphic tee questions, answered
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most. Anything missing? Send an inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
Which print method should I choose?
It depends on colours, quantity and fabric. Screen print suits few colours and larger runs, DTG and DTF suit full colour and small runs. Send your artwork and quantity, and our team will recommend the best option with reasoning.
What if my artwork is low resolution?
We can often rebuild or clean it, but detail cannot be invented. For best results send vector files or a 300 DPI PNG at print size. Our team will check files and tell you if anything needs fixing.
Can I print on both the front and back?
Yes. Multiple placements are common, including front, back, sleeves and neck. Each additional placement affects cost, particularly in screen print where it needs separate screens, and your quote shows this clearly.
Do you offer blank swatches or samples?
Yes. We send fabric swatches and can produce a pre-production sample of your actual design. This lets you check print hand, colour and fit before approving the bulk run, which helps avoid surprises.
Can I order different designs in one run?
Different designs can be produced, but minimums apply per style and colour combination. Ask about combined runs, as in some cases we can group designs on the same blank to meet quantity requirements.
